Ceviche Bar — Restaurant in El Paso

Great poke place! Husband and I enjoyed a large bowl each. They have a nice selection of greens and I love that they were super friendly. Was able to try the proteins before deciding, which is awesome because their spicy tuna is spicy and delicious.

I ended up with spicy tuna as my 4 proteins on kale and spring mix, topped with cucumber, green onions, mushrooms, ginger and avocado (I'm a simple girl).

Husband had 4 different proteins (og tuna, spicy tuna, shrimp and ahi tuna) with rice and other toppings and sauce (sorry, he won't disclose everything). I do know one of his toppings was crab and maybe some crispy onions.

Overall, the place was clean, fish seemed fresh, portions were good and staff was super. I especially liked that the only topping that I could see cost extra was avocado. Biggest thing is most places that sell spicy tuna don't actually spice it up enough, in my opinion. This spicy tuna was spicy! Don't live on this side, but already want to come back. Will most definitely be coming back soon.

Just have to remember to ask if they're VIP or if they offer veterans any type of discount. They're also right next to a gym, in case you want a healthy, after work out...

We stopped by yesterday for the first time and we were beyond impressed with the service and the favor of all of the dishes we got. We got the green agua chiles, shrimp ceviche and a shrimp bowl. My kids loved it and they are asking when we could go back! The ceviche had some much flavor that I we finished it all. The service was just as impressive! The gentleman that attended us asked if we had been there before and when we told him it was our first time, he took the time to walk us through the process and even let us taste some of the sauces. We will definitely be back again soon! This is our new favorite...
