I was in today and I felt unwelcome. I wasn’t greeted at all, and I wasn’t the only one who wasn’t greeted, by the first person I came in contact with (whoever was first in the serving line). I was hardly looked at and the man who served me and made me feel rushed, he hardly spoke. When he moved me to the second portion of ordering, the lady acted the same way (felt like she didn’t want to be there, zero customer service qualities as the first team member). I again felt rushed. I understand it is fast food but I legitimately felt like they wanted me in and out in under 2 minutes. The line wasn’t that long behind me. I used to work at pieology in the same complex and we would get busy but we never cut out customer service for a long line. When I finally got to the cashier he greeted me with a smile. I usually see him because I go a lot so we had a common ground. The lady however who was next to him helping him with the cashier position was just as smiley but she made me feel just as rushed. I was given my total by the man on the cash register and I paid in cash. As I was putting my cash away and getting my stuff together, the lady who was helping continued to push my bag of food toward me as if I didn’t get the hint. I understood that they needed to get the next customer checked out but to basically push me out of the restaurant made me upset. As I finally got my money in my purse (which was under 30 seconds) I didn’t receive and “bye thank you”. All in all I felt unwelcome and rushed. When I got home less than 10 minutes later, my meat and rice AND beans were cold. I’m currently eating a cold meal. I usually have the same customer service issues at the Mesa location here in El Paso. My bowl itself is also wet... I get the same thing every time so I am confused as to how my bowl is wet today but usually never is. I don’t think it’s condensation if my...
Read moreI have been an active customer of chipotle restaurants for years now, I eat chipotle at least twice per week. I live in Dallas but El Paso is my hometown. Come here every time I can. Today I visited this location and had the worst experience. I ordered a chicken bowl. The portions served of ALL the ingredients are the SMALLEST I have ever seen. The rise didn’t even covered the bottom of the bowl, the beans were just a handful of them, but the portion of chicken was less than a third of the spoon they used. The cheese was joke, just a tiny spread, even the lettuce! It was depressing watching that bowl, I could see empty gaps tan the corners. Tiny-small portions served. I told the girl at the cashier that in my many times eating at chipotle at Dallas/Ft worth/Arlington/Houston/Waco/san Antonio this was the smallest portion served. She looked at the bowl and with a careles attitude said the chicken bowl ok, it can only have 6 ounces of chicken. Every chipotle location is different. I didn’t want to argue so I paid. Minutes later one of the employees sat close to me with a bowl fully stocked up, loaded up, just like the way it supposed to be. A decent amount of all ingredients, she could it even put the cap on it. So I told her about my experience. She said “I will tell them”. Of course she continued eating and forgot about me. I looked to the kitchen and the cashier was playing around with the other kids. Customer service is also an issue here. I definitely will not come back to this location. Sadly my hometown has the worst chipotle...
Read moreThis specific location has the worse customer service ever, wether you dine in (which I have and never did again) or go pick up a delivery for Doordash as I work for the app, whenever you go in and stand in line to pick up the delivery for the customer who is paying for a service, the staff both females and males give you attitude like if they are the owners or you owe them something, roll their eyes, don't even make eye contact, just rude with no work ethics, they need to leave their frustrations at home or simply don't show up to work, find another job if they are not happy there, trust me there is more job opportunities out there. I totally disapprove of their work ethics and owner should really look into this matter as I noticed I'am not the only one complaining about the same issue. Whenever I do decide to dine in, trust me I rather make the drive all the way to the The Fountains location, their customer service is great and food as well. I will continue to adhere this issue to you(owner) if whenever I do go pick up a doordash delivery and your employees give me attitude, I will demand to soeak to you right there and then, I do not put up with rude staff, I work with cuatomers as well and trust me, I know how to treat them, with manners, education and professionalism. FYI, the customers who order through the food delivery apps makes your business gain...
