Sun City Slice Pizza (West) — Restaurant in El Paso

Absolutely phenomenal customer service and delicious pizza! Honestly, I think it's the best pizza I've had in El Paso by far. The cheese pulls are the best I've had on any pizza, and the food comes out piping hot and fresh. All the ingredients taste fresh, the sauce to cheese ratio and the pizza to crust ratio was perfect, and the pricing is great! Highly recommend the Caveman and Supreme pizza! I don't know why the rating here is only 3.9, definitely deserves a higher rating! There was a little accident with our pizza, but the manager (I think it was the manager) gave us a coupon for the inconvenience and drinks on the house for the hiccup. I am patient and honestly did not mind, but I love the honesty! Thank you to the manager/gentleman who gave us the coupon, I hope every light on the way home is green for you! Overall this restaurant is really good! I mainly only eat there for the pizza buffet and I love it. I’ve also had a few of their other menu items and I have nothing bad to say about the food. I only have three things that I did not like which all have nothing to do with the quality of the food. -Placed an order over the phone, called 30 minutes later to make sure it was ready when I got there, they said it was almost ready. I got there and had to wait an extra 20 minutes. It was my lunch break so I didn’t get to enjoy the food. -I was eating at the buffet and a dad and daughter came in at 2pm and they were turned away from the buffet even though it’s supposed to end at 2:30pm… that was wrong from the workers. -The seats are sooooo uncomfortable. These instances did not turn me away from coming because the food is really good and ata a fair price. I can’t wait to go back to the buffet!...

Went on a Tuesday at 5pm after not visiting for about a year. The place has gone downhill, tables were dirty, debris kept falling from the ceiling and everything looked sticky. Advertised Happy Hour doesn't exist without an argument with the cashier. Asked for two different beers, one bottle and one draft rimmed w/chamoy. After a dumbfounded look she said she "would have to check with manager to see if they even did that". I guess the chamoy next to the draft pints wasn't obvious enough for her. Even after that she still served it without chamoy and only with chili-salt. The guy in front of me ordered the Tuesday special, pizza & bread sticks and got denied his bread sticks.
