I-CE-NY — Restaurant in El Paso

To start my daughter walked in at 10:37 tonite Saturday. May 29th. Online business hours on Saturdays show 12:00 am as closing time. . As my daughter came in 1 employee was taking the order of some customers. There was another employee present which I’m not clear what he/she was doing. When the employee finished taking the order, the employee look over te counter and told my daughter that they were not taking any more orders. That the customers that they just took the order were their last order. When my daughter came out was 10:38 pm. Again online business hours show open until 12:00 am. My daughter was so disappointed but what is is really bad they would not dare to tell an adult that. I was going to go in and placed my order but with reason, the concern that my daughter had was if they didn’t want to service her already and I had gone to ask for the order, they would have put something in her drink. Also I called 3 times and they don’t answer the phone. It goes straight to voice mail. And I did leave my information for the owner /manager. Took my wife to get some boba. My wife ended up standing in line for 20 minutes. Just so the couple behind her could get helped out. My wife did explain to the lady doing the ice cream. The lady doing the ice cream mentioned that the other girl could help her awful service would not recommend to anybody. One start for sure so sad to say, will take my business elsewhere.

Walked in at 9:50P.M. on a Sunday evening and the girl serving yelled at us that she just served her last customer for the evening! People were enjoying their treats inside and the door hours stated they were open until 11:00pm on Sundays. She was rude and the hours of operations at the establishment stated they were open. First experience and LAST!!!! I will not attempt to give this establishment a try based on the terrible service I received. There is a better way to say that the hours of operation have been changed etc but not yelling at us, plus if they closed at 10pm we still had 10 minutes to spare and it’s not like she’s actually cooking...
