In the evening on 7/19/25, I placed an order online for pickup. I get to the drive thru window to pickup my order and all the employees are joking around and laughing. Having fun at work is great provided they don't mess up my order. I get to my house and find they forgot one burger. I called the store and asked to speak to the supervisor. He said they had forgotten to put the burger in the bag and if I could come back to pick it up. He never apologized or even sounded like he cared. He said he would replace my whole order on my next visit free of charge. On Monday, I'm back to order the same meal I had previously ordered, which Mr. Rios had given his word he would replace the whole meal free of charge. I get to the drive thru window, and Mr. Rios tells one of his employees to tell me that he had only agreed to honor only one burger free of charge. My daughters love eating at Chick-fil-A. This was our first and last visit at this location. Management at this location is not typical of the high standards from other locations.    Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A. While ordering with my aunt, I wanted to use a reward card, and the cashier outside made a rude remark about how I only had XX amount on it, giving me a nasty look. If that were actually the case, I wouldâve felt very offendedâbut little did he know, I paid the rest with my Amex Gold card. Instead of moving on, he gave me an even more bothered look, as if it was an issue for me to use my own money however I wanted.
I brought this up to the manager, and she didnât seem to care at all. She didnât even know who was working the cashier side and couldnât even tell me his name. No accountability, no apologyâjust complete indifference.
I personally didnât care much, but my aunt found this behavior incredibly low, especially for Chick-fil-A, which is supposed to be known for great customer service.    Read moreI placed an Ubereats order today at around 11:40 AM. When I received my order, the bag had my name and the correct order. But the actual order itself was completely wrong and it had someone elseâs name. I did call this location to inform them it was the wrong order. They instructed me to contact Ubereats in order to get them to send another driver to give me the right order. Ubereats was only able to issue a refund so I did have to place the order again. The manager I spoke to was very nice and offered to give a free cookie or fries for the inconvenience. I did receive the right order eventually but there was no cookie included which is fine (although I was looking forward to it lol). However, this did cut into my lunch time at work and was a slight inconvenience to deal with such as calling several people.
