Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in El Paso

This Church's Chicken location is always super fresh, and the delightful taste of their fried comfort foods lets me know that they change their fry oil often (I used to be head cook at a well know fish fry place in NE El Paso). Their employees have awesome customer service and pay great attention to detail. This location is usually very busy, but don't be discouraged by a full parking lot or long drive thru line. They are very efficient, and wait times are usually less than 5 minutes. One other thing that I love about the crew at this location is that they give you the appropriate amount of gravy for your large side of mashed potatoes. This may sound insignificant to some, but when you're enjoying your mashed potatoes with that delicious Church's Chicken brown gravy and the gravy runs out, it's always a huge let down. The gentleman taking the order was very kind. I had no wait and nobody was in front of me in the drive through. I ordered a large fried okra, spicy chicken sandwich two orders of chicken tenders with fries, Cole slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy. Slaw and mashed potato were great along with sandwich. The chicken tenders and fries however were a different story. Poorly coated, cold and seemed to taste re-heated. Same with the fries. Cold, partially frozen and stale. How could this be possible? Very disappointed that I even had to pull to the front of the facility to wait longer on my food just to receive most of it cold and frozen still. What a waste of time and money. TERRIBLE DO NOT GO. I ordered a family meal and ordered fries and mac n cheese. I dont know if these size are weird but what she gave me for a FAMILY meal of fries was the size of fries you get when ordering a combo meal.pictire bellow. Like what am I supposed to do with this it said feeds a family of 6. This is not for a family of 6. What am I supposed to give 2 fries to every person.
