Crawdaddy's Bar and Grill — Restaurant in El Paso

I used to really enjoy coming here, but my last visit completely changed that. I stopped in before a UTEP game to eat and have a drink and decided to play a few songs through Touchtunes while I ate. My songs that I paid for never played, so I politely asked the server about it. Instead of helping, he walked away agitated, then came back and threw money at me while I was in the middle of eating which was incredibly shocking and disrespectful.

When I confronted him about it, he said they don’t get paid for Touchtunes and that they play their own music. He showed no empathy, respect, or apologized for his behavior. It’s disappointing to see a place I once loved treat customers this way.

If you don't want people paying for music at least put a sign.

My husband and I ate here for the first time. Overall the food was good. My husband had the soup sampler and crawfish ettoufee. He also had crawfish and fried alligator. The crawfish and alligator was good, but the soups had too much celery. He wasn't expecting the red beans and rice to be a soup. But they were good and very spicy. I had the fried mushroom appetizer with ranch and it was delicious, which was shared with Ryan. I had the golden fried chicken breast over rice with bread, and vegetables.
