Dunkin' — Restaurant in El Paso

First off let me start by saying all donuts are not the same. Krispy Kreme donuts I don't like. Walmart or Albertson's donuts I dont like. So, with that being said they're not all the same. I couldn't wait for Dunkin Donuts to open up, me and my family pretty much drove by their everyday until finally. There was a sign of Dunkin Donuts Coming Soon. A tear almost came to my eyes I was so happy. I had even wondered why they had closen, but then remembering my trip to a Dunkin Donuts in phoenix a couple months ago which was wonderful. It was Big nice sold breakfast different coffees I was in heaven. And then, came the Dunkin Donuts back in El Paso, In The Northeast I must also mention. We got their and decided we would sit into this newly built (very nice on inside by the way) Dunkin Donuts. Couldn't wait to get my hands on my faves Chocolate Frosted & Strawberry Frosted. We ordered got my milk, and bit into my long anticipated dream filled donut. Well I'll be damn, this is the nasties thing I have ever tasted. I wanted to throw that back into the 20 people who were behind the counters face. They have went and changed the Dam Gum recipe. Has like a cake type of breading, Not light and fluffy like it was before, Or like the one on the Eastside who have remained the same. I know the Northeast has come down but this is a new low. I never left a city for something as small as this but I am seriously contemplating it. So to Dunkin Donuts get your stuff together, or I wont be the only person that writing reviews like this. One angry disappointed dissatisfied unimpressed...

11199 Sean Haggerty, El Paso, TX. I am a customer service oriented person, good customer service is what keeps bringing people back. I have always loved Dunkin Donuts and where I just recently moved to this one is right around the corner so I was super excited. First couple of visits were great, staff was super friendly, except for this particular day(March 23, 2023 around 1400.) The previous day I had gotten the wrong order but because I was crunched for time, I could not return it. It wasn't something that I could go on and eat, because of health risk so I kept it to return it today. It looked like they were closed down, because you could not see any lights on the inside. So I preceeded to the drive thru just to make sure. I was greeted and asked for my order, but the minute I stated I had a problem..she rudely interrupted what I was saying to say that they would replace the sandwich but that I would have to pay for everything else(not sure why all of that had to be stated but it was) and it left me in my feelings a little bit because your establishment messed up the order not myself. What would a little apology have hurt to start off with. She( I was told her name was Kim) was very rude and no good people skills. I cancelled my whole order except for the sandwich and this is what it looked like below. I took a picture of it because I have had this sandwich multiple times now and it has never been this skimpy, so my complaint was handled...

Horrible experience, I'll never go back there, possibly never to another Dunkin either. First I ordered on the App for pick up at 11:15 am. I arrived at about 11:12 am, waited by the order area to let them know I placed an order, the girl behind the counter looked at me like I was bothering her and simply said, pick is over there to the left. I walked over and the spoke with a young man that seemed clueless to me letting him know I placed an order through the app for 11:15 am pick up. He said the order will pop up for them at 11:15am. I said it should have already been there and ready for me at 11:15am for me to grab and run not place the order and wait. He didn't reply. He then asked me to see the order I placed, I showed him. He then began to make my order, 1 iced coffee with coconut milk and 2 sandwiches with hashbrowns. He turned and stated they had no coconut milk and if I wanted an alternative. I said almond then. He gave me the coffee and placed things in a bag, I grabbed and ran out now it was close to 11:30am. I got home, my fiancé pulled the contents and only one sandwich without any hashbrowns either. I ran back, spoke with him said you only gave me half the order, he said my bad, what was it....? I showed him my app yet again, said wow you guys are terrible at this, and I said how would you win me back as a customer after this treatment and I pushed for a free coffee maybe, he said I can't do that.
