We stopped by on 10-10-22 on an impromptu date night. One of the bartenders (large heavy set guy, baseball cap) was so unbelievably rude, I’m still baffled. He couldn’t even be bothered to turn around to speak to us, he stayed facing the taps, and kept messing with them. We stood there waiting and he finally asked to take our order, but seemed irritated to be working there. My husband asked how the Aurellia’s Oktoberfest was. The guy replied in a sarcastic, annoyed tone “I’m 20, so I have no idea”. My husband ordered that beer, and I ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio. Then she charged us $77. I told her again that we had 4 drinks and there was no way they came out to $77. A guy came over from the wine side of the bar and helped her fix it, it came out to $27. The bar itself is beautiful, but I cannot imagine returning. We’re really disappointed in the terrible customer service. Next time we have an opportunity to go out for a drink, we’ll be sure to take our...

Read more5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with the team at Happy’s Barley & Vine. I thought I had lost my AirPods at their establishment and reached out to see if they had been found. Their staff went above and beyond my expectations—not only did they take the time to check, but they also notified all their employees in a group message to ensure a thorough search. They even followed up with me personally to let me know the outcome. It turns out my AirPods were at home, but I truly appreciate their effort and exceptional customer service. Their dedication to their customers does not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this place—not just for the great atmosphere but also for the outstanding...
