House of Rock Early Bird Grill & Bar — Restaurant in El Paso

I've always been raving about this place, been there at least 20 times already..however, yesterday was different.. No greeting by the female server ive never seen..At about 4:00, I was with my wife and daughter, I ordered 3 tacos and got 6.. No big deal.. I ate my 3 and was gonna take my other 3 to go... She saw i had them wrapped up and promptly said I cannot allow you to take those tacos.. before I could even offer them to my wife or daughter, she picked them up and threw them in the trash right in front of us.. I paid for those tacos, I can offer them to whoever I want, and I should be allowed to leave with them, albeit, I paid for them. This ruined my whole dining experience that evening, and won't be returning if this female server is on duty..

This is an update to the previous review.. I ive always liked this place, but unfortunately we won't be returning..I had a chat with the owner about the prior situation, where apparently the female manager, Monique i believe, threw my food away.. Anyhow, I was promised by the owner, that in no way I would have to worry about my food being compromised for making a complaint.. The last time I went in there for some breakfast tacos, I noticed the cook peeking around the bar exit to see who I was.. I did eat the tacos, and also noticed that another guy working with the cook, popped his hello kitty shirt as he passed by me.. shortly after I left, I became ill.. So it's unfortunate they didnt terminate or reprimand the manager, they lost us as good paying customers forever, and if your gonna make a complaint, do not return because this place can simply not...

Went on a friday night worst place the bartender she was in outer space. Bougjt our drinks out 25min later ice was melted. We order Nachos over a hr late... We had to go ask her where our food ... She had blank look .. God help me... Worst place ever.... It was not...

First time here: I always go the west, closer to home. Good food, just wish my sandwich came with lettuce & tomato but that’s on me.i love veggies.. lol. Next time I’ll ask. Service was great! Very nice!! Monica was pleasant. If area would definitely come...
