This is the 2nd time we show up inside the lobby, and the same worker that works register was purposely ignoring us for a long time. She had the worst attitude, but we try to ignore it. Last night (9pm) she ignored us after we had been standing there for a good while. She saw us as soon as we walked in but refused to even recognize us. When she did decide to come, she didn’t greet us, (again) and looked very annoyed we were there (again). We started ordering and when we asked for the military discount (showing my ID) she refused to do it, saying your policy has changed to only using it for combos. I would like to get a response to clarify when this change happened please. Because she had the worst attitude when we asked her when this began; since we purchased just last week with it, no problem. She refused to answer our question and continued with her attitude. Name on receipt shows as “Catalin” but I’m not sure if that was her logged in correctly or not. I attempted to call the store because one of my jalapeño poppers 7 piece was missing one of the poppers, as well as this being the 2nd visit where the poppers are over fried.. and the cheese is missing from the inside. Read more20 minutes in the drive thru? I can understand being short staffed at 01:30 AM but that is unacceptable. As we approached the order box, the guy mumbled what sounded like he was still talking to the car ahead of us. We wait, and wait.
I asked if everything is okay and more mumbling. I redirect and tell him, aren't you supposed to say Welcome, may I take your order? And he laughed. We place the order and drive up.
My wife's thinking the guy is stoned or on something. At the window, another guy apologizes and says "we`re real busy" and he's in a big rush. We now have to order again, at this window? We place our order, again, and we wait.
Half the order comes, then we wait. The rest of the order comes, it's incorrect. We hand it back, and we wait, and wait.
I understand teenagers need work too but do some drug screening and get it sorted...
