Today I received the worst service ever from the Lee Trevino location!! I waited for about 15 minutes for my turn to place my order. As I was up next, the individual taking orders did not acknowledge me. I waited for about 5 minutes with no response, not even a "I'll be with you in a minute" or something! So I figured the speaker wasn't working & that's the reason why the line was so slow. So I drove up. I explained the situation to the young girl & she going to take order. Till another inconsiderate, cold hearted, cruel woman came to the window & told me I had to go back around & get back in line, again! It was a long line behind me. I explained to her as well, but she didn't care. She said they don't take orders at the window. So I went somewhere else for lunch instead. You know, I go to Panda a lot & I also donate every single time they ask! NOT EVER AGAIN will I donate at any Panda locations. You can rest assured, I will never go to the Lee Trevino location again! I park at the front and wait for a full 15 minutes with three other cars. As he anxiously awaited for someone to acknowledge him to place his order, he was ignored. There were two females working the counter, who clearly made eye contact with him but failed to let him know they would be right with him. He looked at me wondering if he had done something wrong.
