Don't recommend ordering pick-up mobile orders. They had me wait 20 additional minutes prior to pre-ordering online and the mobile app stated the order was ready but employees stated it wasn't ready and had me wait in 2 different areas before getting my order. They also got my whole order wrong. One of my orders had buffalo and ranch sauce open and tossed inside. When called to speak to manager “Kevin” he refused to apologize and said if it was him he'd still eat it despite being unsanitary and continued to state that he'd eat it regardless because it was paid for. He didn't want to refund me for all 3 orders but insisted he'd only fix the one with the open sauce packets. He also tried to excuse the fact that these were night orders as if there was a difference between ordering during the day shift and if night shift orders were less worthy. He also kept arguing that I was arguing with him about the fact that open containers in my food were unsanitary despite I was just stating this was a food code regulation being broken. A man came on. With a strong voice. So my husband made a comment on the what a difference in voice he got mad. My husband wanted to know if it had tenders and he said Yes. She comes in and yells, and she says “he said yes” but we were still trying to ask our question.i got mad and said “what an attitude” because of the way both of them were talking to us. Read moreSo i went in this evening for a 5 piece spicy, because lets face it, their spicy strips are unmatched. So the dude at the counter works with me since i didn't want a drink and saved me a dollar and i still got my biscuit and side. I was already pretty stoked .then he asks if I would mind waiting for fresh strips...um, no problemo broski, i prefer freshies. It took maybe 10 minutes, a reasonable amount of time to fry up some strips. When i recieve my order, the lady that gave it to me informed me that for the wait, she gave me an extra strip and apologized( again...i felt the wait was totally reasonable) I thanked her and went on about my evening.
