Jason's Deli — Restaurant in El Paso

This place is the worst. I’ve never even ate here. Their employees are the worst. After coming in to pick up and deliver an order for door dash the manager immediately got upset. Her reason was that the order had been placed twice. She then kept denying the order for pickup and told me to call door dash to fix this issue. After that I immediately called the customer who was ordering. He called the restaurant twice and the manger still declined to make the order and give it to me. The closing shift manger last night was racist, threatening, and just not getting her job done. I had to call the cops on her when her and the employees started threatening me and harassing me for attempting to get my pickup done. The cops then followed her side of the story from which I did nothing but try to pickup someone’s food and I’m now prohibited at this Jason’s deli at the fountains. Whoever is hiring these employees and promoting them to manager needs to step up their game. This tatted lady manager was so aggravating and threatening along with some other employees who dropped their dishes while cleaning up attempting to start a fight. I love this place but when the app wouldn’t allow me to order I called In to order and once I received my order three things were wrong. They sent me the wrong cake. They sent the slice of cheesecake as opposed to the strawberry shortcake. They also left out the fruit dip I requested. Lastly my sandwich had tomatoes on it, when I requested no tomatoes and it’s also on the receipt. I was able to catch the driver about the cake but once I got back in and realized the dip was missing and the sandwich was wrong I tried calling the driver back and it went to voicemail. Just a little disappointed considering I paid almost $40 for this meal and I left a tip and half or the order was incorrect. I’d still order from here I’d just suggest having the employee repeat the order at least twice to ensure it’s right especially if you order a little late. I ordered at 8:44 so maybe they were rushing. Delivery driver was great though at first, but I couldn’t reach her once I realized the other parts of my order that were wrong. I just walked out of this place. I have both my doggos with me (i only took the one in training with me inside). One is my full service dog & the other in training to be a service dog for my autistic child. Training requires lots of public socializing especially for great Danes. The gentleman asked me if it was a service dog, I responded with a service dog in training. He then preceded to ask if I had a vest or identification that's she was. I corrected him & told him a service dog (even in training) does not require a vest or identification. I also told him he is only allowed two questions per ADA. He said please don't allow your dog on the table (I was getting my food to go anyways), but yes I know the rules & laws of having a service dog. I have mine that goes everywhere with them. I decided I couldn't eat at a place that doesn't know the laws. I started having anxiety. As soon as I got back to my car my service dog knew I was having an attack & assisted me. This is not okay.
