After reading all the Reviews I definitely know this kfc has problems, Worst experience in a KFC Ever, We usually go to the one on Joe Battle, My Wife was craving a pot pie and the system was down and I asked where else can I go, And she was kind enough to tell me Montwood or Eastlake, but Montwood was closer, They only had one pot pie and we also ordered The #7, 4 chicken tenders we were charged and was asked to park, 15 minutes Later, we got our order we got 3 pieces of dark chicken and 1 chicken 🍗 leg and I called on the young man and told him that my order was wrong, so he took it back and came back with the same box but with 2 more pieces of Darker chicken and told that it was late and that they couldn't cook more chicken tenders, But that they gave us 2 more pieces, That was my wife's meal I Wanted (Raising Canes chicken fingers) on Zaragoza and I drove down to get my order of 4 chicken tenders and they gave me 5 pieces which were really good, when we got home and my wife took out her meal we noticed that it looked like if it was over cooked or it was probably the last Bach and were just trying to get rid of it, they probably had already turned off the fryer and they didn't want to cook up a Bach of Chicken tenders, The next day's chicken tasted terribly, I will be putting in my complaint to corporate and for sure will never return I'll tell you for sure is that KFC Is going DOWN just like predicted that the Yellow pages were going down...
Read moreThe only people in the restaurant were the workers, myself and my family. Every single table was dirty, no exaggeration. After ordering, and food was presented to us, we were missing one of our meals. And one of the meals we did have was cold. When I went back up to inform them on all those problems, nobody was there to assist me, had to wait several minutes. While I was up there, I asked for napkins because none were given and the dispenser was empty, but when asked all they did was point at the dispenser and "there some right there"; before I could even respond they took off. I had to wait several more minutes before we finally got our food back but mashed potatoes were still missing; I informed them of that and once again asked for napkins. I finally got some napkins, but only three when there's four of us and once again I asked for napkins and the worker scoffs and whiningly asks me "you need more?". At that point I had enough, from missing/cold meals, dirty tables, long waiting periods, bad attitudes from workers, I asked for the manager to inform her of the terrible service I'm receiving and the lame excuse given was they had a lot of people they needed to serve when it's transparently clear that that's not the case; again the place was empty it was just me and my family. Anyways after a family event on Christmas eve we decided to go to Kfc being that it was on our way home. We ordered online and came by the drive thru to pickup. As soon as we got to the speaker the guy says Idk what to tell you but we have things to do too and we’re closed so if you want to go somewhere else. I proceeded to explain how we ordered online 30 minutes prior and there’s still 20 minutes till close and he smirked and said, Again, idk what to tell you. I then proceeded to tell him about how we had already paid and want a refund then. He slammed the window closed and gave me a paper with cooperates number and said dude we have lives too and have ahit to do just call them if you have a issue and then proceeds to slam the window and started laughing with the other employee. As I was talking to my wife about where else she wanted to go two cars show up in the parking lot and they laughed and waved at us as we left. Horrible service no wonder Kfc is going out of business.
