My 5th time coming here and I am always overly satisfied! I came in somewhat of a rush expressed to the waitress, asked which meal would be fairly quick. I always eat Gabi, so that's what I picked anyways. I waited 12 minutes and this delicious meal was waiting for me at my table. The flavor of the galbi is amazing here! The meat is well marinated and the side dishes were very flavorful. Many different taste happening. Nothing overly sweet or too spicy. Although that's based on my own taste buds. I was served quickly and I'm glad I said that I was a bit in a rush. This is my favorite Korean eatery. It doesn't look like the best place but the food and great service is why I go. You cant beat those 2. I have gone to 3 different Korean restaurants on this side of town. Its def the best.

Our first Korean experience and it really set the bar high! We went for the Bi Bim Bap and it did not dissappoint. I always read the 1 star reviews when going to a new place and none of the complaints were true in our case! The small staff was extremely friendly and attentive, the food was amazing and the lonley chef was cranking food out like nobody’s business! My only concern when we entered was wait time, because there was a party of 8-10 ahead of us! I asked for an estimated service time, the nice lady said 45 minutes and the delivered in 25. A pleasent surprise! Knowing that it was our first time eating Korean, we were given a lot of advice and recommendation on what and how! All in all, a flawless experience, we’re definately coming back!

I just canceled my orders because of the rude attitude and poor service of the young Korean lady owner who took my order this time. Whenever I ordered, I explained what happened last time that one of the dishes leaked last time and it could’ve ruined my passenger seat if the plastic bag had a hole, so I asked if she could pack it in a different container. She said the dish doesn’t have water but the veggies has water. How ridiculous! The conclusion is that the dish has water later on then! She said “Are you going to order it or lot?” Without further explanation. I got mad because it felt like “I won’t sell it to you, get a different dish, or just hang up the phone.” I said I wanted to talk to the manager, and she said she is the one, and then I said “How can you run this restaurant with that attitude? I’ve ordered dishes since last year.” And then she said she was born in America and her Korean is limited. I asked her And then I said “I asked you to see if you can pack my food in a different container not a flat container with my explanation” and then she said she didn’t have any different containers now. I asked “You guys have the containers for soups, that’s what I asked.” And then she said “We have it, but the food won’t fit it.” I said “You should’ve explained that to me first, and I asked if you have a different container or not at the beginning of the conversation after ordering it.” She said she explained that to me, but I said you didn’t, because she didn’t. She was such a liar and she said she said sorry, but she didn’t. She said “What do you want then? Are you gonna order them or not? I’m the only one who takes orders, serve each table to deliver food. I have no time to deal with your order.” And then I said “I’m waisting my time as well.” She said “I’m sorry, I’ll take your orders for free this time.” And then I said “No, I don’t want that, I’ll pay them.” And then I hung up the phone saying that there must been a misunderstanding between us, however, I think if she runs the restaurant like that way, then her business won’t last long. If she can’t deal with this kind of situation with other customers, then she’s failing them by cutting off their regular customers like this. Good job. Plus, it’s far from authentic...

I'm no expert on Korean food, I've only had it two times previously. My first time was here in this restaurant and the experience overall was great, we loved everything. Then covid came and they only had take out therefore we went to a different place which was very bad. We wanted to eat Korean food again and we decided to go to the place that we knew it was good Korea House, but what a deception it was. First thing in the door, we may serve you on disposable plates, that's weird but ok. We ordered galbi, bulgogi and crystal noodles with vegetables and meat per servers recommendation since they didn't have fried rice. Let's start with portions, galbi was good but the amount of food we received for the price was not worth it. Bulgogi tasted kind of off and the crystal noodles were a mush of overcooked ingredients finished with an insane amount of raw garlic that killed everything else. The sides where given on mini cupcake paper holders and were not sufficient for four people. They said they run out of plates, so wife and I had to share one plate until we finished one of the dishes. Overall a very expensive and unpleasant experience, were the ones that set the bar, were the ones that...

Lacks professionalism. I ordered a dish I was unsatisfied with, however it was not at fault of the restaurant. I let the waitress know i was not satisfied with dish and asked if i would be charged for it. She said yes and i said okay and sat back down. I did not try to fight it or argue with her, i understand they used their time, resources and ingredients to cook this dish and need to make profit.

As I sat down and continued to have lunch with my coworkers the owner came out, putting her hand at my plate and face , raising her voice saying things like “i don’t know why you don’t like it” and reiterating what was previously explained to me. I found it extremely disrespectful, especially because i did not ask NOT to be charged i asked IF i would be charged. You should not have to invade my personal space to explain something i have already accepted and resolved. Will never...
