Little Shack — Restaurant in El Paso

I’ve been a loyal customer here and usually love the food, but today was very disappointing. I ordered my favorite fish soup for takeout to help cure my hangover. When I got home, I realized they didn’t include the lime or rice — which are essential to completing the dish. I called to let them know, and the manager only offered me chips and salsa, which doesn’t make up for missing the main sides that come with the meal. IIt doesn’t matter if it’s “just a side” when you pay for a meal, you expect it to be complete. Sadly, this experience left me feeling let down, and I’m rethinking if I’ll be ordering...

I LOVE little shack, it’s my favorite place to go to for the fish tacos. I decided to go to the Montwood location for the first time because it’s closer to where i live instead of the George Dieter location and first of all the lady who gave me my order was rude and second, one of my fish tacos I could tell was old. The food is pretty good but only half the time. It's a hit or miss. You don't get much for the price you pay when ordering take out and they upcharge for EVERYTHING! Chips and salsa, upcharge. Even veggies like cilantro are upcharged. Customer service is also questionable. I've only had good experiences with ONE server. A pretty tall thin young girl. Keep her!
