I bought a very sad order of 40mcnuggets. These nuggets may look normal but they are stale dry on the inside. Taste like the nuggets they couldn’t sell due to this slight off taste in the water of the chicken. The texture is a lot tuffer and stringy when breaking down while chewing & normally nuggets stay warm for a good period of time by the time u get to your destination but not these nuggets nope! 3/4ths the temperature dropped by the time we opened the bag to enjoy(which we did not :C) which was immediately when we stepped into our office. The fries while I began eating driving to my destination were also more soggy than normal & other fries harder than usual(my hypothesis is they refried old fries, I used to manage a kitchen, I know when its done). Its unfortunate too because the staff were really friendly & did really good getting the order out, unfortunately once again though it seemed they just refried old material instead of taking the time to just make them fresh. It seems due to the reviews I’m not the only one dissatisfied. Oh and while I finish, the Mcchicken purchased which is the staple of a McDonalds was also 3/4 cold when immediately opened. which is now cold. I understand that yeah buying McDonalds you shouldnt hold high standards to their food quality but damn man...this meal for $25...
Read moreI was just there 30 min ago and I had the worst drive-thru experience. I ordered 3 different breakfast sandwiches with hashbrowns for my family and they completely messed up my order. Once I ordered and paid they told me I had to wait in the next window for my order. I ended up waiting 20min for my order. I thought I had already forgotten about my order because everyone else that was behind me already got their orders, even some that had not ordered when I did. Once I got my food I just drove away so when i got home I discovered that they messed up one of the sandwiches and didnt give us the rest of one meal which was the hashbrowns. I worked in food before and I understand how hard food service could be but SERIOUSY! I shouldnt have had to pay $30 for food to get it messed up and wait 20 min in a drive thru. I also tried calling the store to explain what happened to me so maybe it wont happen to the next person, but guess what, they didnt pick up. I dont think I will be going back to this location, and not because I am angry that this happened, but because I dont want to pay for food that is going to be messed up...
Read moreI know it's fast food & I shouldn't have high expectations, but just ONCE I would like them to get my order right. I don't like being that person who sits there in the drive through pawing through the bag (and spilling stuff everywhere) to check if they put tomatoes on or whatever. In the last 2-3 months, I've had exactly two orders done correctly, and one of those was because it was just a basic thing. I don't like making special requests anyway, but they put cheese on things for no good reason (on fish? seriously?) and is it really that hard to put more than 3 molecules of mustard on a burger?
My wallet and my waistline would both benefit if I just stopped, and indeed I go about 25% as often as I used to, but STILL the orders are always wrong. Stop worrying about whipping people through in 3 seconds or less*, and start worrying about giving them what they asked for.
*And by the way, getting someone out of the line in 5 seconds doesn't count if you just make them pull over & park so someone can bring the food across a cold parking lot and knock on three car windows before getting it to the...
