The manager Giovanni was disgustingly rude and had no regard for his employees or the customers of the store. As soon as I walked in the store, seeing how ill manered he mandated his employees, I could do nothing but hope Giovanni was going to help us out- but he confrontationally acted the same towards me after my friend with very bad social disorders messed up and forgot to, I guess, "ask for the food" after having to wait 30 minutes outside for our food and it was already prepared! He was super sassy and made our interaction uncomfortable instantly, while dismissing everything I said and repeating the same thing over and over again with extreme attitude like I was an idiot. My friend then came inside and he started ignoring me or telling me ugly that he's "not talking to me" and started questioning my friend that was freaking out the whole time. This was no way to ever treat any customers when a simple "sorry for the wait, here's your food and come again!" Would sufice and be easy when they already had the food ready in the first place. He argued because my friend specifically asked for the refund, he decided the best option was to not give the already prepared food to the customer, but to throw it away, disregarding company policy in multiple ways. We could only deduce that he was already looking for a reason to be mad and wanted to throw the food away to further disrespect a customer. This is wrong in so many ways when we were waiting 30 minutes and it wasn't our fault something internally went wrong with the queing system or management or idk what. Regardless of his decision with the food, he also acted out aggressively and showed unprofessionalism to another level. This was just a complete disregard for even basic manners, towards not only us, but his employees. Oh and an employee told him I was there and he made me wait 10-15 more minutes with false honor as he could further pridefully show his lack of care and professionalism, while I was observing how awful he treated his employees, and hoping for the best. PLEASE REPLACE. There are many hardworking employees from that location or else that could elevate this McDonalds...
Read moreThis location gets pretty busy at times and it is expected that some errors come from that. They get a 2 star because the same errors were present the last 3 visits. Personell rudeness in the drivethru must foremost be addressed in my opinion. I have had to ask the payment clerk 3 separate consecutive visits now to repeat my order and she cuts me off correcting the mis-interpreted order each time saying,"Well what do you want off, its your order?" May I suggest she listen attentively first without the frustration element? She is very pretty but then she interacts so poorly. She should try to remember that she is capable of bringing a smile to customers or upsetting them in how she interacts. The whole reason an order is being addressed at the payment window in the first place is because the employee doesn't enter the order on screen, what's the purpose of the order screen display? Surely it was intended to be more than just a menu. The second reason for the 2 star rating is because the order taker must have never eaten there before and lies defiantly about the menu. Silly stuff, to then be wrong about it. The order taker argued that a drink is included with a $3 bundle when it clearly wasn't and it would have resulted in me paying for 2 extra drinks I didn't want. Now onto the quality.... come on guys. I have been to many a McDonald's, and if you are going to have employee's interact like I experienced then the food needs to be absolutely stellar. My fries were old and more room temp than warm. My drinks had soda drip all over the outside of all 3 cups. Only 1 napkin total for all 3 bags of food, despite me asking for them. I know inflation is up, but is it that bad that a sesame seed bun only gets 3 seeds? If you care about what you do, or strive to do the best you can in everything you do, it will show and not go...
Read moreThis location is good for nothing. I place an order on the app 6/23/25 at 7 in the evening for pickup. Check in and I'm waiting in the parking lot for 5 minutes. A worker comes out and talks to the car parked next to me then proceeds to walk over to me and tells me their water is turned of because something is being fixed and I need to cancel my order because it can't be filled. I shower her that I can't and she's says she will cancel it on her end but if it charges my card to come back and she'll refund my money. She's says it may have to be cash if she can't refund my card. Today (6/26/25) after work I noticed my card was charged, I speak to the woman in charge at the moment (only speaks spanish) I explain what happened and she says they should have refunded me that day i told her they did not refund me and did not give me my order. Showed her that I went to another McDonald's farther away and bought food the same day. Now I'm told if I want my money back I have to go tomorrow at 7 am to get my refund mind you I work on the other side of town and have to be there by 7:30. I will be going and I will give this manager an earful. If they can't complete an order and aren't sure if my card will be charged they should leave a note for the other people that might be working so they are aware instead of making me run around. I guess that makes...
