I really want to like this McDonald's location. It's centralized and the play area is spacious, which is great for me with my young kids. However, it is -extremely- dirty. Like, every time I've been there in the past year or so, it's literally never been clean. My last visit, my kids spilled their drink on the floor and I asked for some help to clean it, nobody ever came to clean it. I had to use napkins to wipe up what i could while my friend raided the cleaning closet for the mop and bucket, so we could clean it ourselves. Today I gave it one more try, again, because it's centralized and had a big play area, by going in the morning (around 10:30), hoping to catch the restaurant in its clean state. Nope. I guess there is no daily cleaning. Everything looks as though it still hasn't been cleaned. The bathroom in the playplace is unusable with a backed up, nasty toilet. The main restrooms were in desperate need of mopping and a wipe down at the least. I took the food I ordered to go instead, and went to another McDonalds that I know to be very clean and kept up. I hope the manager starts to care about the appearance of their restaurant because I'd really like to feel comfortable frequenting here more often. For now, I'm inviting friends to other, much cleaner,...

Treating everyone with dignity and respect is a fundamental principle, supported by both sympathy and legality. From a sympathetic perspective, recognizing the shared humanity in all people is crucial. Every individual has a unique story, feelings, and a desire to be valued. Showing empathyâthe ability to understand and share the feelings of anotherâallows us to connect with people on a deeper level, regardless of their background. When we see a person as a fellow human being with hopes, fears, and struggles, it becomes natural to treat them with kindness and respect. This approach fosters a more compassionate and inclusive society, where everyone feels safe, seen, and supported. Legally, treating people with dignity and respect is not just an ethical choice but a requirement in many societies. Laws such as civil rights acts and anti-discrimination statutes prohibit unfair treatment based on race, origin, language, sex, and other protected characteristics. These laws are designed to ensure that all individuals have equal opportunities and are protected from harm, harassment, and discrimination. Therefore, treating everyone with respect is a matter of both moral integrity and legal...
Read moreFirst off let me say that I have been to a lot of McDonald's restaurants in my time. But this thus far, it's the worst McDonald's, I think in McDonald's history first off. This is a newly renovated mcdonald's. Whoever is the architect behind the renovation? Needs to be fired or sued. Because this design is horrible. Secondly, it took 27 minutes to get 25. Dollar meal deals. There is absolutely no customer service here and they are trying to do hostile architecture. Evening stillness of eliminating drink refills. There is no drink station. It's only in the back for the employees to do. There is no menu for seniors that can't operate computers. There is no menu on the walls. I remember back in the day when McDonald's used to be a fun place to go to where your kids enjoyed it. Where you can have lunch with some co-workers now. It's like a prison, a contemporary new prison. This place is terrible and the people that work here have no sense of urgency. Their uniforms look sloppy, no name tags, and they're not even wearing appropriate workshoes. They're wearing nikes and Jordans. Do yourself a favor don't come here if you want a bad experience, then by all means, have it to go. I will never be back at...
