10:30 on a Saturday evening, and not very busy in the dinning area. However, the young lady who is the asst. manager on duty is horrendous. One would think an asst. manager would display exemplary customer service. She is busy chatting with co-workers about non-work related small talk, and she acts as if customers at the counter are a bother. She calls out my order number and I thank her. No response. Now, she has blown me away. I don't need or expect anything more than, "thank you". But no word, nothing is unacceptable. Maybe she didn't hear me or, regardless I serve her up a 2nd chance for redemption. I ask for a napkin, a straw thanking her loudly each time. Again, not a word. I am invisible to this "leader" who is supposed to set an example to the entire crew. Upper management, owner, corporate. Somebody, please address and fix this. Customers can go to any retaurant to be ignored. We expect and deserve better from McDonald's! Happy...

After explaining to her there isn’t a cancel option and my card was already charged, very rude told me “ma’am it’s not my issue I can’t do anything” I went to another location and they tried everything to help but because they aren’t corporate they couldn’t find my order and told me the closest corporate McDonald’s was airway I show up and this other unprofessional employee gives me the excuse that he couldn’t find my order because I picked pickup inside dine out. He would probably see my order if it was drive thru option but there was no guarantee so he couldn’t help me. Read moreSo I Ordered from this Mc Donald’s from Uber Eats and never received my meal. I spoke with the driver as well as the store manager who told me she never received my order when the app clearly stated my order was processed and on its way. I find it weird that everyone including the mc Donald’s manager knew my exact order but yet nobody could figure out what the problem was. And not only that her advice to me is there is nothing she could do about it and just told me to cancel my order after waiting over an hour for my meal when it said it was on its way. This has Been the WORST customer service experience I have ever witnessed and how conviently I was charged still but yet received no food.
