Have ordered pizza several times in the past. Never had an issue before but last time I checked hair wasn't a topping option on the menu but I guess today they threw it in for free. We ordered a couple of pizzas, cheese bread and cinnamon puffs and picked it up on they way home from running errands. Got home, sat down and took a bite of my pizza and there was a hair in it. I called back and talked to Fabian the manager and explained what happened. He said they could remake it but it was raining outside, it was already late, it's not a close drive and I was on crutches so I explained the situation and asked if I could come back another day to do a rain check. He said no I had to come and get it today. I don't see why he couldn't make an exception and say next time he was on shift I could come in or give me another option or something. I didn't ask for hair on my pizza and I didn't think it was worth driving back for one pizza and taking the chance of slipping in the rain because I was on crutches. I had already slipped with my crutches coming home from there and didn't want to repeat it. Not sure if I plan on ordering from them again and will definitely tell my friends about it. There could have been better customer service, had a better resolution and I would have left a happy customer. Read moreI love to order from PB's, and have never had a problem picking up our pizza. It's always ready very shortly and still good and hot.
However, I was running short on time today. My wife took my transportation so I had ro ask for delivery (first time I've ever asked PB to deliver). I gave my credit card info over the phone and ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. I gave them my card numbers twice to make sure that they had them correctly. The person on the other end of the line told me my transaction went through. They said they'd deliver within 30 minutes, so I went about the business of getting a few things done around the house before I going to work and while waiting for the pizza to arrive.
50 minutes later and no pizza, I called PB's back to ask what the holdup was. They said my card was declined. My heart stopped. I logged into my bank to see if it had been swept of cash and, no, everything was fine. I asked PB's why they didn't call back, and they said that they did. I asked what numbers they had written down and they said that they didn't have that info anymore, and THEN asked if I still wanted the pizza... now that I have to get ready for work and have NO time to eat a pizza that's been in a warmer for almost an hour.

Read moreI'd give it a solid 4. The pizza is great. Their phone line/ service could use some work. So.. it was my 21st birthday and I was all... I'm gonna stay in and order pizza since my hubby was out in the field. I call them.. they take down my address, my phone number, and my order. Everything's great... 45 minutes later I'm like.. alright... this is a long time for a 3 topping pizza down the road. So I call... and they're like oh, we couldn't find your address and we tried to call you... dude.. I've been sitting by my phone. Nobody called lol. So I restate my address and another HOUR goes by. So I complain. Long story short my pizza never came but I called the manager. He gave me a full refund, and said the order I placed, I can get totally for free the next time I call. So I called again a different day. Order was free. Tasted great. But then the NEXT time I called the guy that answered the phone barely spoke English. Would randomly pass the phone off to someone else, and then they would hang up on me after getting frustrated that they couldn't hear me... basically... I would do pickup next time lol.
