I was genuinely excited to try Pearl Divers EP, but unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing and frankly embarrassing for a spot that appears to pride itself on craft cocktails and seafood.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was uncomfortable—drunk patrons lingering at the bar blocked access to the dining area, and despite asking multiple times, they made little effort to move aside, making it difficult for both us and the waitress to pass.

I asked for a recommendation between the Bloody Caesar and the Mint Julep and was told by the staff member that she had created the drink menu and knew every cocktail well. Yet, she offered no actual suggestion or guidance, which felt dismissive and unhelpful.

The wait time was excessive—over 15 minutes for drinks and close to 45 minutes for small plates like the frites, oysters Rockefeller, and ahi tuna carpaccio. After an hour of waiting, we still hadn’t received the raw oysters we ordered, and we ultimately left without trying them.

There also seemed to be a lack of organization among the staff. We were asked to reconfirm our order multiple times, and it gave the impression that they were overwhelmed or perhaps prioritizing regulars or friends—who, from observation, were served quickly and received more attention.

The shared restroom was in poor condition, with a strong, unpleasant odor and general lack of cleanliness, which only made the experience worse.

While I understand the restaurant may still be in its soft opening phase, the issues we encountered go beyond growing pains—they point to serious concerns in customer service, staff attentiveness, and operational readiness. I hope management takes a closer look at staff training, the handling of intoxicated patrons, and overall customer experience.

Until then, I cannot recommend Pearl Divers EP and hope they improve before welcoming more...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pearl Diver Oyster Bar is an absolute gem!

If you’re looking for the freshest seafood and a vibe that’s equal parts upscale and welcoming, this is the spot. The oysters are unbelievably fresh—perfectly chilled, expertly shucked, and sourced with care. The variety on the menu keeps things exciting, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about each selection.

I highly recommend the Scallops Crudo—delicate, bright, and beautifully plated. The Ahi Tuna Tartare is another standout—fresh, vibrant, and full of clean flavor. You can tell every dish is crafted with serious attention to quality and detail.

Cocktails are top-tier, and the service is outstanding—attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the food.

Whether you’re an oyster lover or just appreciate thoughtfully prepared seafood in a cozy, stylish setting, Pearl Diver is a must. We’ll...

We had an incredible dinner last night at this oyster bar! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Our server was not only attentive but also very knowledgeable—especially when it came to the oysters and the entire menu. It made the evening feel like both a great meal and a learning experience. The food itself was outstanding. The Tin Can Plate was unique, flavorful, and perfectly executed—it’s a must-try. The Tuna Carpaccio was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had: fresh, delicate, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was relaxed yet refined, perfect for enjoying high-quality seafood without feeling rushed. Between the exceptional service and the amazing dishes, this place has quickly become a new favorite. We’ll definitely...

Pearl Divers offers a coastal and welcoming experience, serving an exquisite selection of oysters and cocktails that perfectly complement a warm ambiance reminiscent of Seattle or Boston. The team behind this establishment is undoubtedly well-versed in the art of hospitality. As a frequent traveler, I was genuinely impressed by the vibrant flavors and meticulous attention to detail evident in each menu item. The staff exudes warmth and possesses an impressive knowledge of the offerings, enhancing the overall dining experience. Pearl Divers provides the 3rd space perfect for happy hours, meetings, date night, or a girls night out. A MUST VISIT.

Fantastic First Visit! This was our first time dining here, and everything exceeded our expectations. We started with oysters on the half shell and clam chowder—both fresh and delicious. The tuna carpaccio followed, beautifully presented and full of flavor. We finished with Oysters Rockefeller, which were perfectly seasoned and incredibly tasty. The service was just as impressive as the food. The staff was friendly, attentive, and worked seamlessly as a team. My daughter also loved her cocktail, the Mexican Firing Squad—refreshing and well-balanced. All in all, an outstanding dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!
