Pizza Hut — Restaurant in El Paso

I picked up our order and neglected to check to make sure our order was correct. Upon opening the boxes at home we discovered that we were handed the wrong order. Since it is too far for us to return, the kids started eating the wrong order. Shortly after, the Pizza Hut manager called us to explain there was a mixup and we got the wrong order. He offered to personally deliver our actual order to our home. I pointed out that the kids already started eating the wrong order. He said it was okay and would still deliver our order. Upon arriving I thanked him for correcting the mixup and offered him $20 for his troubles and to makeup for the extra pizzas. He promptly refused and simply asked the we consider returning to his store and even offered us $15 off of our next order. I pointed out that we go out of our way and even drive past a closer Pizza Hut to get to his store because of the customer service and look forward to continuing to visit...

So the meal was hot, staff friendly BUT OMG the quality of the meal is why we gave 1 star. Used to order family pasta meal with great portions, now has measly portions about maybe 2/3 of previous pre-Covid meal, rubbery penne pasta which was the majority of the dish. Both pasta dishes were dry due to the lack of pasta sauce. We tried the new veggie pasta, excited about a healthy vegetable dish! To our great surprise it had a few slivers of onion, green pepper and a couple black olives. The meat lovers pasta had about maybe 6 or 7 sausages pieces and 4 or 5 pepperoni slices. Bread sticks still good but now have to pay extra for a TINY container of marinara sauce definitely 1/2 the size of the previous container. How disappointing. We used to LOVE their pasta. We will NEVER order their pasta again. Shame on...

8/7/2016 Placed an order for a family feast deal special at 5:41 pm provided my phone, credit card info, and address for delivery yet at 7:15 still no pizza. We called for status of delivery since the delivery time estimate was supposed to be 6:41pm. and we were told that a manager would call us back??? Really? No call 15 min later my husband drove down to see if we could get our order and they did not have our order in their system. We called Pizza huts number on 955 N.Resler here look at my phone I gave someone my card info. So beware if you place an order on this location. Apparently calls get sent to a calling center and then the call center gets blamed so if you want to take a risk. As for me I am ordering Dominos right now and watching the "Dominos tracker" online...
