Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in El Paso

Chicken is always so delicious! However today (9/5/25) the young man taking care of the drive-thru window seemed very annoyed, rushing the ordering process and not being as friendly as Cane's team members usually are. While I was waiting at the window, I saw him getting frustrated while taking another order, even throwing his arms up and rolling his eyes. He still used manners toward me, however my food sat there for awhile as he was taking the other order, plus he didn't ask if I wanted ketchup or hot sauce (which I always love with my yummy chicken) The whole experience just felt like "hurry up and get out of here before...

First day grand opening and they are already misleading. The ad says be the the within the first 100 people and you get a free gift card on your next purchase. When I asked the lady at the window about the gift card she said you have to be inside the restaurant. That is misleading CANE'S. No where on the commercial does it say you have to place the order inside to get the gift card. I was there at 9:45am this morning and I know I was one of the first. Doesn't matter if it in drive thru or inside I should have gotten my gift card. Would have given yall half of a star for that if I could....

We had a great experience! From talking to Gilbert (UTEP location) to Leidy, to Carolina and all of their team. They made us feel at home and were an intricate part of our fundraiser last Friday. I cannot thank them enough. It was my first time trying out Cane's, too and I have to say I'm a fan! Their 3-finger combo hit the spot in a yummy way. I also loved their location. When I first went, I walked in to a nice sound system with nice dance-pop music and 3 disco balls!!!
