Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in El Paso

Normally this sonic is great and I frequent it often. However, I have noticed and increased in my orders being messed up. Tonight I placed my order, the lady read it back to me and I confirmed it on screen as my order. But when I got my food I realized it was not my order at all, the receipt showed that I had payed for the order in the bag but that was not my food. I tried having them fix it but they refused because 'i had payed for it already'. I tried to explain to them that yes I did pay for it and that yes what they had given me matched the receipt, but that it was not my order at all. I tried to explain that the lady read my order back and that I saw on screen my order was correct when it was placed it, but somewhere along the way my order got crossed with someone elses and I ended up paying for and receiving their food. The manager would not listen at all, just shut me out and told me to just buy another order and that they weren't going to do anything because it was...

This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. I went to this Sonic around 6:10 PM and ordered food for my kids, which their meals included two small fries. I found out that the fries were completely missing from the order, I brought it to their attention and ended up waiting 40 minutes, and still nothing. So I drove to the drive thru. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, not only did they not apologize, but they were also rude and dismissive—as if it was my fault for expecting the full order I paid for. No explanation, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism and NO APOLOGY!

Waiting that long for missing food, with zero accountability from the staff, is just unacceptable, especially when it's your kids’ meals that get messed up. I won't be coming back to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend...

I usually enjoy coming here, as the food and goodies are really good, but tonight I'm extremely disappointed. I ordered food about 10 minutes ago and I got the new BBQ burger with two patties expecting to get a decent amount of pork and unfortunately to my surprise, there was almost no pork on my burger! Not only that but hardly any fries and the drinks we ordered weren't even filled all the way. I spent about 45 dollars on food that wasn't even filled all the way and a burger that had very little pork unlike shown. They drowned it in BBQ sauce which is no problem at all but I just wished there was more pork as I expected! I was pretty hungry tonight and expected something different then what I got.
