Went to Subway during my lunch break on Wed 2/28/2024. I walked into the restaurant, it was empty, but I still had to wait 7-10 min for my order to be taken. The employees would walk in and out the back room, not greeting or offering to service me.
A Subway Employee lady finally took and prepared my order. Unfortunately in a very rude and unprofessional mood. When my order was being prepared (A Veggie Salad no Meat) she kept asking what kind of salad... I had to repeat myself 3 times a Veggie Salad and she still proceeded to ask what kind of meat.... As she continued prepping my order I asked for extra jalapenos which she only did 6 mini slices of jalapenos on my salad I had to repeat myself again 3 times extra jalapenos to her and her asking me each time "what else". When I got to my work office to eat my Veggie Salad I noticed the lettuce was brown uneatable it was disgusting, the tomate was soggy and disgusting, I asked for croutons and was given crackers and to top it off I wasn't even given a fork. The experience was horrible all around. People have to understand when you work in a customer service field you have to be professional and kind at all times, and serve food you would eat. If you see the food your serving doesn't look like something you would eat don't serve it (for ex: if the lettuce is brown or tomates soggy) don't serve it and change it to fresh veggies. Isn't Subways theme ALWAYS FRESH? Another thing if employees are having a personal bad day. Don't take it out on the customers that provide our payroll. If you are rude to customers, we will not return and your rating will go down, and the business ends up closing. For the reason of no customers are going to your business. No customers No Money No Paycheck. Keep...
Read moreI have been coming to this Subway location for over 20 years, it is very close to my office. I have never been treated so badly by a cashier ever in my life. I was there this past Monday 6-3-24 at 12:30pm, and when it was my turn the cashier said she had to turn off the system for some reason, and even her manager told her it was unnecessary. She has done this before, only when it's my turn. It was very offensive to me. I have been a loyal customer for over 2 decades and this is how Subway treats me, it absolutely horrible treatment of there own customers. Not only did I bring it up to the manager and she did nothing, she also replied " ya she has a bad attitude" , and let her treat other customers very poorly in front of me, I was shocked. That this behavior be allowed, almost encouraged by the manager. I asked to talk to her supervisor above her and Crystal did not have a very good attitude either when I told her about what happened to Me twice. Subway really needs to work on their customer service at this location, it is very offensive to let your employees treat the customers...
Read moreConsider skipping this Subway location: My experiences here have been hit or miss. The staff, predominantly younger individuals, often show a lack of commitment to cleanliness and accurate billing. This inconsistency seems to reflect the management style of the franchise owner.
Despite its convenient location, the unpredictability of service quality and restaurant cleanliness is a real issue. On a recent visit at 2 pm, the tables were dirty, and despite my request to the cashier for cleaning, nothing was done, forcing me to move to a different table. Even after tables were emptied, they weren't wiped down.
This establishment could greatly benefit from a stronger focus on customer service and attention to detail. If you're looking for a better dining experience, I'd recommend driving to the next Subway location (in another zip code. Apparently, the same owner ownes the one down the street - keep driving) #SubwayReview...
