Taco Bell — Restaurant in El Paso

I went through the drive through and not knowing what was on the menu , I decided to ask what certain things in the menu had and the Manager Judith came on the speaker and yelled at me to hurry it up and refused to answer any questions on what I wanted to order so she pretty much forced me to just get whatever because she refused to let me know what was in it , when I asked for the number to complain she refused that as well , made me wait for my food while she took others orders and they got their food before me then once I got it , it was cold . Worst taco bell/kfc in town. One time went to buy KFC and they didn't have chicken (what?). Then the prices are higher than other places. Value menu is not $1, the prices from other restaurant changes from $1.29-$2dlls more for the same things!!! Not a big deal but if you compare to other restaurants then it turns in to something really annoying. The fountain drink machine doesn't have variety of flavors, no tea, no punch, basically just Pepsi. And also no napkins available on the tables and they don't give you any with your order. Please be careful when ordering online for takeout. They got part of my order wrong and also the cinnamon twists tasted oily, bitter and not even sweet. (Normally they taste good) I didn't think I'd have to make sure my food tasted good before leaving the restaurant. They didn't even give me the sauce I had asked for either.
