Alan, please read: The Manager Vivian S. charged me three times for ONE pizza. I had to drive back to tell her it was showing multiple purchases on my account and she said that on her system it was voided. I had to call my bank and fill out forms to dispute the charges. Extremely inconvenient to have to drive back twice and still have to call my bank over ONE pizza. I hope the general manager Alan sees this review and gives Vivian some training on how to read and understand their purchasing system cause Vivian is clearly incompetent. Read moreI ordered delivery for the first time and I didn’t know that DoorDash was the delivery service until after I placed my order. This explained why a 15.00 order was now 26.00. Then the delivery driver passed my home which was on his route to a location further away to deliver before he drove all the way back to my home second. This was disappointing considering they give you a map of where your delivery driver is going when delivering your order. I was able to see him passing my home to the further location. I won’t order from here again. First let customers know DoorDash will handle the delivery before ordering and make sure the closest location gets the order first! Read moreAbout 30 minutes ago, I called in an order to go. The guy tells me it will be ready in 10 minutes. I show up 10 minutes later and go to pick up my pizza. The guy at the front, different from the guy I spoke on the phone let’s us know no order was logged and is arguing that there is no record of our call. I show him my cell, the guy comes out from the back and says in Spanish that his white co workers are lazy and don’t know how to work the system.
