Wendy's — Restaurant in El Paso

The only sweet and loving employee here is Kelly, the mature manager, who always handles my order professionally and respectfully with a warm smile and kind voice.

BUT, not all employees here are following Kelly's example.

EMPLOYEE mistreating customer LOG:

DATE: MON, 7/29/19.

At approx 830pm, i kindly asked for Lemon Fuze because as always, the self service touchscreen machine was out of tea again but employee Joselin, who was always nice to me, comes back and states: We dont have any tea because our machine isnt working. THEN, SHE GOES ON TO SAY, CROSSING THE LINE FOR NO REASON, "IF WE GET 1 MORE COMPLAINT FROM YOU, WE ARE GOING TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE."

I dont know what this employee is talking about but i do know that her talking that way to a daily customer who is a locally honored astronomer, is unacceptable.

Service here is low standard because of all the young kids working here. The food always is bang for the buck with quality taste.

They never have the potatoes ready. Today 6/18/19, the girl cashier told me 10 minute wait.

Food is ok, but service will never be on point at this location.

06022024 Came in again to see if anything had improved. STAY AWAY IF YOU'D TO KEEP HEALTHY!!! The kid (employee) stuck his hands and cup into the ice bin. I corrected him to properly use the ice scoop. GROSS!!! The contamination had already been done. Another employee had no shame drinking his drink right in front of the fry station without a lid nor a straw. The only thing had just been cleaned were the floors.They had just mopped them. The tables had not been cleaned bc there were sauces and other stuff sticking to the table tops. The employee was picking up the chairs without cleaning nor wiping down the tables. I don't think that there is any hope for this location. Proper training and work ethic is severely lacking!!!

Everything and I do mean EVERY thing is nasty and especially dirty!!! I counted 5 employees all standing with their hands in their pockets with the drink station covered in red caked on old drinks. In addition to all the tables being dirty not considering the door being covered in more than just hand prints. Nasty!!!...

Went in and placed an order to go. Spent $62 just for my food to be cold, dry, and for the bacon on the burgers to be hard and over cooked. I bought food for 6 people. Both my parents are disabled and they were looking forward to their bacon burgers only to have it be terrible. My food ( I ordered the saucy nuggets), was DRY. How do you claim to have something called saucy only for it to be dry?? The other order for my daughter was a 10 piece saucy nuggets also. They were drenched in oil, not sauce. The fries were old, hard, and cold. When I called to try to speak to someone, nobody answered. I called TEN times. One of the times someone answered and just put the phone down.

Never again will I go to this location. I had to wait 20 minutes for a frosty because there wasn't anymore in the machine. Strange considering the girl giving me attitude at the counter was complaining that she got there first and should go on break first to her coworkers. If you were there for 2 hours, why was...
