I went in because I had a coupon for $5 off my order. But when I tried using it the cashier kept asking me what coupon I was trying to use, I explained to her it was for $5 off a $25, my order was clearly over $25 but she still told me it wouldn’t work. Until I found out later that she only charged me for half of my order, instead of all of it at once, so I wasn’t able to use my coupon. Afterwards I tried to get ice for my drink, but their soda dispenser was out, so I went to the front counter to ask for ice. Seeing as we were the only customers there, I one would expect that you wouldn’t have to wait a long time before one of the crew members would ask if you needed anything, but I was wrong, instead of helping me they decided to just chat amongst themselves. At this point I tried calling someone over to help me, and finally one of the employees came over to ask me what I needed, I told her I wanted ice, she said ok, then walked away, I guess in hopes someone else would help me. I flag the manager on duty down and asked for their GM’s number, to which he replied that she wasn’t in the store, and I told him that that’s why I needed their number. He went off into the back and came back with a number as seen in the picture. After I messaged the number, for some reason the entire staff decided to go lock themselves in a room in the back. Leading me to believe that the number they gave me was not the right number. I’ve also included a picture of the store unattended because they all decided that they needed to go talk in the back than actually help customers. Overall foods good, customer service is the absolute worse.
so it’s been over a month, I tried contacting the manager and corporate, and have yet to hear from anyone. I assume the owner or the company don’t care about their customers, do yourself and your love ones a favor and avoid eating here. The staff and management is horrendous and their food mediocre. Look through the reviews, everyone that’s given it a low review has said the exact same thing I said. We can’t all be wrong or making it up. This is one of the worst restaurants staffed by the worst group of people in El Paso, and the manager should be fired for letting the restaurant and its employees...
Read moreThis used to be my family's favorite restaurant location, but since the face-lift it has recently received, the people who now work there (in the times we have visited) are very rude and so "enthusiastic" to be working there. One can tell that the young man who takes the orders through the drive thru doesn't want to be working as he rushes through getting your menu items while sounding like it costs him so much to do so. Tonight, the young lady who was at the first window, where payments are taken, had such a sour attitude as I tried to use a coupon for $5 off my family's order. I presented my coupon and had my card ready, all while she kept the window closed and stared at me as if using a coupon was such a difficult task and how dare I make her work more than what she should. After she scanned the qr code, she repeated the same total as before. When I asked why the total amount was the same, she said that I could only scan one coupon at a time, yet I was not even trying to have her scan the qr code a second time. She rolled her eyes, slammed down the scanner, and repeated my total amount, so I kindly told her to cancel the order before earning a sigh, eye roll, and a sarcastically said, "Okay." I drove off and headed to a different Wendy's, feeling disappointed about how I was treated tonight. Hopefully those two employees are able to overcome...

N Zaragoza and the manager her name was Debbie, I walked in and she just looked at me and kept walking while she was by register so I just waited for someone to take my order, I know the rest of crew was busy so I waited patiently while Debbie looked like she was just poking her a$$ pretending to be busy, anyways Alma came back from taking a drive through order she was multi tasking. Thank you Alma for still keeping your head up and smiling and for being such a good worker! Debbie shame on you taking advantage of your co workers and even worse for customers ti notice, if they made you manager is because you were trusted in hiring you as a captain when your co workers are sinking !
