Last week we came here to celebrate my brothers birthday, our server was great she was very kind but my son noticed this was in his burger. The server quickly saw and apologized and said she was going to notify the manager. We looked at her talking to the manager. He kept shaking his head like he didn’t want to come over to talk to us. As he came to the table he just stood there and said “yeah..” we told him what we found in the burger and he responded with “yeah I know, that’s the wrapper to the cheese” I replied saying I know what it is, it shouldn’t be in his burger. He never apologized all he did was give attitude and started me down scaring my kids who were at the table. He tried to intimidate me. His name is Isaiah i believe from what the waitress told me. When my husband said “not even an apology from you” he grabbed his face and walked away, leaving us there wondering what was going to happen. I asked the waitress if I could have another managers number and she said he had her phone which I believe to be crazy. What kind of establishment does that what if these girls have an emergency. I called the Montana wing daddy’s to ask if I can speak to some one else he was very helpful by calling the district manager and said the district manager would be calling me soon. And guess what nothing. I’m so disappointed my family loves to go eat at their restaurants and it was a shame we had to deal with such an unprofessional rude “manager”. We asked for the tab and the waitress said we didn’t have to pay for anything. I really wish the “manager” would’ve apologized and handled the situation differently. As we were leaving the waitress ran outside and asked for my name and phone number I laughed and said tell him to come ask us for it. I’m still waiting to hear the district manager. He or she has my number. If their so called “manager” treats customers this way I can just imagine how they treat...
Read moreI've never had an issue with the wing daddys on montana and tierra este but after convincing my family to try it we ordered food. It took 5-10 min just to see if they had tacos because no one but the manager knew that it's a menu item. Finally the order was in and was told it would take 25 min 50 min later we finally get it and the manager "allegedly" told me to check it but I didn't hear it and I just did a quick glance because it's literally been over an hour since we left to get food for everyone. Once we get home we saw 20 wings were bone in as opposed to boneless, we were missing 6 ranch, we were missing 2 orders of fries, the 3 tacos that cost $9 and no sides or drink were shrimp instead of chicken, and they forgot our sprite. When my wife went he kept saying that we didn't order that as if we dont know what we want to eat and kept saying that we needed the food to replace it, which is understandable I'm sure a lot of people try to get a free meal, but after we sent pictures of the wings that were with bone not boneless they still wanted proof with the tacos which we said were already eaten because they were hungry and this was already an hour and a half later from when we ordered and we were fine with not getting wings and tacos because we're eating them despite not being what we want but get us the fries that we don't have which he refused to get and then my mom went to speak to him and finally he all of sudden didn't need proof to give us what we payed for and even gave us chicken tacos. So after a long wait, and essentially calling my wife a liar he does the right thing. The girl that took our order had great mannerisms and was a professional, more so than the manager. Do not recommend unless you're there simply to drink and even then I personally wouldn't. I told her to check, she went to enter our order came back and told me they didn’t have that sauce. I showed her the online website she went to ask another server they told her they did. Little did she know that the sauce was being promoted on their chalkboard. It was not busy maybe like five tables all the servers had enough to wait around and talk to each other as well as two managers. We had to wait 35 minutes for our food there was only 3 in our party, she brought our food in intervals fries were cold wings were cold she forgot our ranch we had to wait another five minutes for that so more time our food got colder no silverware was given had to ask for them. Told a female manager she said she would go talk to who knows who in the back then a male manager came to ask what was going on so I told him. He said he could have our order redone I said no because we’re going to have to wait another 35 minutes I told him your not even that busy in the restaurant he said we didn’t understand he has online orders and delivery orders I told him that was irrelevant as he still had to attend to his customers at the restaurant, I told him our fries were cold he said the air conditioner makes them get colder fast, he said they are not McDonald’s which I thought had nothing to do with our food. I would tell him about our service and he would compare or have a reason for everything.
