Wingstop — Restaurant in El Paso

Ordered take out, got there a bit earlier so I waited. I checked in with the girl at the counter. She seemed confused when I told her my name and I would just be waiting for it to come out. I waited about another 20min and nothing so I went up to see what was happening with my order. Turns out she never called my name or anything to tell me my order was ready. I asked for my oder and she again seemed confused tried going to the back to look for it when it was sitting on the Togo rack right beside her. Everything inside this store was greasy. The bathroom is a lawsuit waiting to happen. It felt like they intentionally threw grease on the floor. Out of the 3 tvs they have 1 was showing last week's nfl game the 2nd was off and the last one had about 8 tiny squares with different sports on... all to small to...

Today I placed an online order and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes and it took more than an hour for it to be ready. I sat at the restaurant for 30 more minutes before my food was ready. Not one person working there offered me a drink as a courtesy, or a discount on my next visit or anything. I couldn’t cancel it since I had already paid online. But I really wanted to cancel my order. Then I get home and the food is warm and I literally lived down the street. I ordered two kinds of wings, buffalo and lemon pepper and the lemon pepper tasted like regular chicken had no seasoning and the buffalo had very little sauce. Very bad experience. I am sure I will not be the only one leaving a bad review for today because there was several people who were very upset that their orders were longer...

I like this restaurant but they make some mistakes. First, dine in orders take about 40 minutes to come out. Second, the guy with glasses and mustache at the counter is always mad and has a bad attitude. And lastly, they need to be careful with the size of the portions of the food they serve, the last two times I was the I ordered a 10 piece boneless combo and my order was huge and delicious but yesterday I went and ordered the same 10 piece boneless wings combo and the boneless wings were TINY!!! Instead of wings they looked like chicken bites, and I paid $16 plus tax for my combo, like what the hell!?. Again, YOU GUYS HAVE TO GIVE THE PROPER AMOUNT OF FOOD EVERY TIME!!!! NO LESS!!! DON'T...
