Im leaving this against the corporate office. Mattel released to members (a paid for membership) a collector Aliens Monster High Doll and sent out shipping info within 24 hours after taking peoples money. The warehouse only printed labels and never shipped. Itās been 12 days and Iāve spoken with UPS and the shipping logistics said there is no way they have it. Mattel is either taking peoples money and not shipping or someone in the warehouse is printing labels and not sending/ scamming buyers. Im not the only one ā¦..many others are experiencing this on Facebook. Also there was a 2 doll limit and private sellers are selling 8-15 of them on EBay. I want to make buyers aware of this beings I have talked to many at UPS corporate and also at Mattel and if members or open public buyers are being told to wait weeks for a collector item that is moving state to state with only a label made you most likely will not get it.
UPDATE: Just wanted to make it known also that Mattel CS said the doll was shipped back when I made this review. Itās still showing in UPS as awaiting item as of 11/4. I did have to get a refund because customer service couldnāt guarantee I would be able to get the doll if they had to redo the order.
