I’ve been here at least ten times. There last six or seven times I’ve been ordering this Big Mac hack where I substitute the 1.6 ounce patties for the 1/4 pounder meat (made fresh) in the Big Mac. Out of the blue, the manager said I had to pay for two meat patties where I’ve only been charged for one at every location I’ve done this at. They called someone I presume could clear things up, and agreed that I could continue paying what I’ve been paying for the past year. Fast forward to tonight, and I come across another manager I’ve not met before who was called from the back to figure out if I should be charged for one or two patties again. I show them the receipt, and the manager takes about 5 minutes only to return and tell me I had to pay for both. Now, I can’t prove racism, and I hate having to even consider that this individual made his decision on my race being Asian, but AUSTIN gave me the impression that he was not going to be empathetic, or understanding, or compassionate in any way. I expressed to him that I only treated myself once a month, and that I look forward to this Big Mac for weeks! But I sensed that he just did not like Asians for some reason and I’ll never be convinced that if I were his ethnicity that I would not have been treated with some understanding; especially since I showed him the exact receipt from my previous orders. I ended up keeping the regular Big Mac as-is, and ordered a single 1/4 pound patty and used a deal in their app to get ANY SIZE fries for free. I thought this would be the end of it, but when I got my meal and sat down, I ate two fries and looked in the bag, took out the fries and saw that Austin literally gave me not only a Medium sized fry when I asked for the Large, but the medium fries were barely half full. Thinking I was being petty, I went to the the counter, and asked the gentleman waiting for his food if he would be upset if he received the amount I got. He agreed and so did the employee at the counter who told me it’s small because it’s a medium. After Austin took a look, he gave me my large fries but did not apologize or show any remorse for purposely trying to mess with me all night. I truly hope that this McDonald’s franchisee cares enough to train their managers better and hire people who do not let their bigotry show because I will never be convinced that this Austin isn’t a closeted racist. I hope he matures and learns to lead by example and have that example represent a bit of kindness...

Read moreUnfortunately, I've received poor customer service here in the past but this was the WORST experience at this location! As a disabled customer, I requested to have my order delivered to my table since it was an option offered at the kiosk. As I wanted to confirm table service after placing my order, I was informed that there wasn't enough staff to fulfill my request. I held up my cane in one hand and a shopping bag in the other and stated that I couldn't handle a tray of food, too. I waited 8 minutes for my order to be delivered - which I had to gather up my things and return to the counter to get the attention of the server. Finally my order was being prepared as the fries were being salted. Seeing that my sandwich had been sitting a while, I checked the temperature - which was hot - and asked the server to carry my tray for me. When I sat down to finally enjoy my meal, my first bite into my sandwich was a warm but stale bun and a cool Filet-o-Fish. Once agsin, I returned to the counter to request a fresh sandwich and waited to be acknowledged after several minutes as the server and the manager (or supervisor) continued to fill orders. I finally received a fresh sandwich and managed to carry my tray back to my table. No apologies or acknowledgement of poor service from the server or his superior. I will not be returning to this location in the future and will share this experience with corporate...
