Review of Starbucks Location:
Today, I had an unfortunate experience at this location that left me deeply disappointed with the level of customer service provided. The supervisor, who displayed what some may refer to as Napoleon syndrome, exhibited a poor attitude and lacked the necessary interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively. It is possible to convey messages without resorting to rudeness or disrespect, and this aspect was sorely lacking in the supervisor's demeanor.
As customers, we choose to spend our hard-earned money at establishments like Starbucks, expecting a certain standard of service and professionalism. However, after witnessing the behavior of the staff and the supervisor, I have decided that this will be the last time I patronize this particular Starbucks location. It is disheartening to see management set such a poor example, as it reflects on the entire establishment.
During my visit, I observed the staff neglect their duties to engage in a confrontation with a customer, a situation that should have been handled with tact and discretion. While we value the hard work of fast food service workers, it is crucial to uphold customer service standards that prioritize respect and courtesy. Accepting rude behavior only perpetuates a negative cycle that hinders any potential for improvement.
In conclusion, the lack of professionalism and customer service at this Starbucks location has left a lasting negative impression. I hope that management takes steps to address these issues and instill a culture of respect and customer-centric values in their team. As a customer, I expect better treatment and will be taking my business elsewhere...
Read moreThis is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve swung by to try getting something the drive thru is inordinately long, stretching near the road to the Walgreens.
This recent time, I decided to go into the Starbucks with my infant son, hoping to beat the line. I don’t usually go to Starbucks, except to treat myself. So I tried ordering one of their fancy drinks, Almondmilk Honey White Flat or something like that. They promptly told me they didn’t have Almond milk. Frustrated, as I had to wait a long line as well inside, I just ordered something simple — iced coffee with sweetener and cream. This shouldn’t take too long, I thought to myself.
It took 20 minutes for me to receive the iced coffee. And even then, they didn’t even put creamer or sweetener. It took them 20 minutes to pour pre-made iced coffee into a cup. That’s how bad this Starbucks location is. When I received the iced coffee, I immediately and respectfully told the Barista I asked for creamer. She told me brusquely, as she was in mayhem mode trying to get other orders done, which I understand, to remove the lid. I did so. She sloshed milk into my cup, pouring some over the top, without the courtesy to clean it up herself.
When I left and took a sip, that’s when I realized they didn’t even put sweetener. It was just straight iced coffee.
I don’t usually go to Starbucks. I’m not a regular, to be frank. But when I do go, it’s a treat. I can make black coffee at home. I go to Starbucks to get things I can’t make at home. Needless to say, I was thoroughly disappointed at this Starbucks. I don’t ever plan going there again. Avoid it if you can (there’s a better one...
Read moreI'm from Seattle where Starbucks was originated from and always serving excellent speedy service. This Starbucks in Sandhills is constantly a disappointment. They are clearly understaffed by the amount of time you have to wait for one drink! On average every time Ive gone to this location I wait 20mins for a simple latte! Once you order through the drive thru you're pretty much stuck in line bc the way they have their drive thru set up. Sandhills is a main attraction in this northeast area and it's sad that such a good company is being dragged to the ground with horrible management and slow staff. My last straw with them was when they messed up my drink 2 times in the drive thru line and then asked me to pull around to park and they would bring it out. Since I already paid for it I agreed to wait. So as I'm parking a car that wasn't paying attention in the parking lot hits my brand new car. So now bc the person who hit me had expired car insurance I'm stuck with a $500 deductible from my car insurance company to get my car fixed allllll bc they couldn't make my latte right the first time so I could've been on my way. I'm just fed up!! Sad part is it's the good product they have that brings people back to that location bc it certainly...
