I work at EWR and I come there a lot. This place only hires Indian ladies that do not know enough English to understand what is said to them and frequently do not give me what I ordered. I order the same thing all the time and each time I get it made a different way. Sometimes the coffee is too sweet sometimes it doesn't have cream and as someone else reviewed in the past the bagels are old and hard on a regular basis.
