I’ve always been a fan of the brand and its products, which is why this experience was so disappointing. At this location, the overall service was extremely poor and does not reflect the standards consumers should expect from a recognized brand.
Most of the staff showed no interest in providing basic customer service — no greeting, no smile, and barely speaking when taking my order. When I requested a simple sauce, I was looked at as if I was doing something wrong. I even said, “If you want, charge me for it,” but the attitude remained negative. This type of treatment can make customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is not acceptable, especially in an airport setting where travelers already face stress and time pressure.
There was, however, one young woman with glasses who stood out for her kindness and professionalism. She was the only person who provided respectful and pleasant service. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff, including the manager and the person handing out food, seemed unwilling to deliver even the most basic level of service.
As a loyal customer, I share this feedback not just as a complaint, but as a call for improvement. Better training, more engagement, and simple courtesy from the team would greatly enhance the experience for all travelers and consumers. A brand like this should make customers feel welcome, not...
Read moreThe employee Carlos was rude... didn't make eye contact with ANY customers and managed to screw up 3 orders while I was there today August 10th at around 11am. He didn't say thank you or respond when the customers told him thank you. He kept tapping the counter with his fists when customers were ordering as if we were not being fast enough. I repeated my order twice. I asked for a double plain no cheese. Only meat and bread and ge still got it wrong. Maybe if he cared about having some type of customer service he would get his orders right. He absolutely should not be working with customers especially in an airport where ppl are already tired and hungry. The food is bland for the price. Read moreI rarely regret eating anywhere, but I really regret eating here. I do not want to describe the food because I am well raised, and I don't like the use of foul language (at least not in a public forum). I never thought a burger and a shake could be this bad. Of course, to top it off, the rude person helping me had me repeat the order three times because she couldn't pay attention, almost made my shake wrong if it wasn't for me yelling from afar: no whipped cream three times, and didn't even ask if I wanted my order to go and automatically bagged it. Over and above, when I asked to sit at the bar because there were no available seats, she refused in a manner that can only be described as extremely rude.
