Saturday, October 29th. I went this DD, this is not my first time but is the first time the service was awful To add insult to injury, after realizing my order was wrong at home, I drove back. The drive attendant was busy soI stood on line at register. Two people in front me left because they were so upset that no one came to the front. I did notice this young kid not un DD gear walk from the back to the front then back to back to the back. He didn't acknowledge no one. I asked him who is the manager,what is their name? He was like, "she in the back doing something " and went along his way. No customer service skills. I waited over half hour. If you dont want to work? Dont go. Seriuosly, The woman is back and forth made eye contact with me when I asked if she was the manager. She kept walking, completely dismissive and disregarded I was standing there. She appeared either white, Jewish, white Latina, regardless she was unprofessional, disrespectful by not even saying hi? I am tied up with something give me moment please Nothing Now the drive thru guy,Taevon,was very nice i told him what happened, i waited that no one was in drivethru and he did my entire order,was apologetic and was more manager like and professional than the unresponsive woman or so called manager. I can assure you, location location location, her butt would not treat a patron like this if she was working in Clark. Give accolades to those who try to help and resolve an error but to be the manager and leave your patrons and your employees to fend for themselves, is disgusting. We are on our feet all the time. My boss she crossed the line waving her hand in a bullying way telling me to hurry up when I am going fast and when I went faster it got sloppy. She got upset. I’m tired of working for women who have emotional problems. I don’t care what someone’s responsibility is you don’t treat human beings this way. If the customer wants a better experience, blame management and get rid of the management and fix the problem in the corporate. I am happy your businesses have to obey government because without government you all would be worse to both employees and customers. Shame on you. I’ll be letting corporate know about the way I was treated. Maybe the labor department too. Fire Andrea she is a mean manager. I am at risk of losing my room I rent and all she had to say was well then you should work harder. I tried to. You didn’t give me much time to get use to the menu or recipes. I wanna be paid for each hour I worked as agreed on paperwork or I’ll get you in Trouble with the law. You made me so nervous and stressed I had to vomit before coming to work. If companies wonder why they can’t hold on to staff that’s why. It’s a thankless job. You all should be treating humanity the way you would treat your parents with patience , honor , respect and more. Life is short and you all want to get so rich and it won’t accomplish anything. Earning money is different than greed....

I really hate rating businesses with bad reviews because in the end it’s bad for business but looking at the past reviews for this place I completely understand why I feel this way. Customers at this location are non existent unless they come through the drive thru. I stood in place trying to order for about 5 minutes with no one in line but me and was responded by the obnoxious and condescending attitude of the lady manager. I then started looking at the dynamic at this workplace and they are completely focused on meeting the timeline with the drive thru clientele. After I finally got my order the food was cold on the inside, again proving that they’re just trying to meet a deadline and not focused on serving the customer whatsoever.No service is better than rushed below standard service at this place. It’s very unfortunate because the place has been renovated and looks amazing and the owner should take measures promptly if he does not want this business...
