This place is terrible. I was in line and the guy cashier just flat out ignore me and took someone else's order when I was in the line and went in the back and used his phone, luckily a lady saw me and took my order.

This same guy made my bagel and cream cheese, but there was barely any cream cheese. It's a complete rip off. It's as if they're cutting corners on the cream cheese. I'll send a picture.

The frozen hot chocolate made at this shop was 90% ice . This was on Saturday April 13. The drink was not completely crushed/ blended and lacked any flavor. The shop was practically empty so I can't cut the guy any slack. The drink is expensive so it feels almost criminal charging me $8 for a cup of ice. Beware is all, take a sip before leaving the shop.
