Dunkin' — Restaurant in Elizabeth

I go to this dunkin donuts around 2 times a week and never had problem with the staff. They alwsys nice and I go because they always make my coffee so good but today around 5am something this lady right here was in the speaker. First I came to the drive thru and wait around 10 mins but noone said anything. I said hello 3 times and noone answered So I thought that the speaker was not working and I went to the window. When we got to the window I told the lady nicely why I went to the window and she just told me with attitude that she didnt go to take my order. I told her that I wait 10 mins in line and she should at least said something. If she had told me to wait a second I would have waited But she didnt. I told her Im not going to leave because I need to order and she told me I will have to move my assss because she was going to call the cops. I told her she could call whoever she wants because I wasnt doing anything wrong. Im going back to speak with the manager of that location and show her/him the video I recored because this is not the way you treat your customers. I always go in group and spend money there to be treated like that. Im not coming back to this location if after I show the manager the video she mentiong my asss and everything if the manager doesnt do anything about it. I do not lose anything because I can go to another location But they going to lose 4 customers...

I have been a customer for many years the staff themselves are amazing the manager is very unprofessional I order my coffee on the app there isn't a section for me to add on whip cream most of the staff know exactly how I like my coffee when I pick up my order I noticed it didn't have the whip cream so I went to the counter to ask the new associate to add it from across the room the new manager yelled to the associate Charge Her & kept repeating so I address him & tried to explain that on the app I don't see a selection to add the whip cream so I pulled up the app to show him he wouldn't look at my phone but went to get his phone he also was not able to show me where I could of added the whip cream it's not about the $1.05 charge cause I understand your price is your price it is the way he went about yelling across the restaurant charge her is unacceptable nor did he apologize for his rude behavior love the staff but won't spend my money...

On Thursday 3/13/2025 I pulled up at the drive thru. I placed an order for a $6 meal deal with a medium iced caramel coffee light and sweet with liquid sugar. I begged the guy that assisted me over the loud speaker like 5 times to please make the coffee light and sweet And tell me how they managed to mess up my coffee order gave me an iced coffee with 3 liquid cane sugar pumps and almond milk. No caramel or cream like I asked. I am highly allergic to almond milk. Before the coffee was handed to me. I told the lady I asked for light and sweet and she caught a nasty attitude with me because I said that I asked for my coffee light and sweet. Then she took the coffee back and proceeded to add more almond milk. I had to dispose of the coffee due to my allergies to almond milk. Y’all lost a customer. I would never go back to this location.
