Update Sunday Afternoon!!! Customer Service is Awesome! So they made it right I picked up my order today and let me just tell you the Chicken is everything the corn salad is very tasty too. Kendri is awesome and so is his service. Everything was fresh and tasty. No complaints. Check em out. Thanks Kendri for your outstanding customer service.

This is not about the food this is about portions.

After a very busy day I decided to check this place out. We had Pollo Tropical in GA and love it thought this place would be similar. Well place my order online order a "12 piece Family meal". Which came with sides. Great deal, dinner was covered place my order and head to pick up. Heres where things went wrong. Was not greeted by anyone I could see my order in the little pick up area. Told him my name proceeded to pay. Bag looked a little small. Peeked in and say the cup that my sides were in no lie the side were in 6 ounce cups. So Im just thinking that forgot this was a family meal. I asked about the size and was told that was the family size. Now I now Im a little of this fluffy side but I know a family of four can not share 6 ounces of salad. I could of said ok let me go grab a salad from somewhere else but I was just so confused as to why a place thinks that order a 12 piece FAMILY meal and family sides of 6 ounces makes any sense. I asked the boy and he just kind of starred at me .I left with my order and thought about it I would have to stop at a store and get more sides or something which would defeat the whole reason why I ordered. I returned the order got my money back and left lord knows I did not want to leave the damn chicken it looked so good. Someone called me that night and asked why I returned the order I explained and he agreed and wanted to make it right. Hmmmm what does that mean? He told me to text the number he called from and he would make it right. Well I called I texted and to this day have not replied. So I guess I can say they started off great with customer service but don't follow thru. Family sides are super small they should probably put how many ounces the containers are or recommend that a "family" size is for a...

My second time in this location and I honestly think that it will be my last. I rather go to Plainfield store they're nicer there even though I live in Elizabeth. I'm from el Salvador and the service in my country is way better that in this store. I had asked Daysi(name on the ticket) the counter girl that the mayo-ketchup that she give me was sour and it wasn't good she replied to me that if I didn't want it that she can take it back. (I belive that those little container of the pink sauce they put them back to the refrigerator after been sit out side in the hot)(they didn't look right and had a funny sour taste) she didn't care about it. I asked her if she had some more and didn't said nothing she give me a face with attitude when I asked her for a plastic fork and plastic knife. She said that there were some at the counter but those were dirty that's why I asked for plastic once. I then went to take my soda and find out that Diet Pepsi was tasting like water I decide then to take regular Pepsi and that had same taste. I had the pleasure of dining at Pollos Campero in Elizabeth, NJ for the first time, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The chicken here is nothing short of spectacular! Each bite was bursting with flavor, incredibly juicy, and perfectly seasoned.

The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. It's a welcoming and comfortable place to savor this delicious chicken. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic dining experience.
