Fresh food and flavors are decent. I always get Don Pepe’s around my area and saw this place near my parent’s and it did the job. Not very generous with chicken or shrimp. The sauce is $1 each (which is quite expensive for a little container). It is more tangy than spicy. Not a fan of it. Customer service is non-existent from the girl at the front. Stopped there a week ago and bought a whole chicken to bring home for dinner. When I sat down to eat I ate the breast part and that was fully cooked must say chicken was flavorful and for a good price. However when my husband came home and I served him he grabbed the thigh and leg area, dear Lord it was Bloody on the inside not fully cooked at all. I will never purchase from there again. I ordered food for pickup, and as soon as I got there, it was hot and ready. When I got home and unpacked everything, I was pleasantly surprised by how large the portions were. The chicken was tasty, and the tostones were perfection! I didn’t catch the name of the girl at the register, but she was very polite, made eye contact, and genuinely seemed to care about the customer.
