The food in my opinion used to be so good like in late 2022. This place i believe is under new management with the name change and all. The new owner or partner be in there and had the audacity to give me old chicken as if I couldn't smell it or taste it and on top of that over charged me. These people more for a poorer quality of food. People come there hungry and with their hard earned money or probably all the money they have to eat and you take advantage of them by giving them old food. That's disgusting. Look at the pizza and bagels sitting on display you'll see insects and bugs crawling on them. Everyone looks unhappy the atmosphere is not welcoming at all. I'm pissed off for getting sold some old meat. Don't try yo get over on me or this community because your business is struggling. ...

I ordered 2 specials (grilled chicken sandwich with fries) and only received the sandwiches with no fries. When I politely asked about the fries, the lady told me there were none. I pointed out the sign both inside and outside clearly saying the meal comes with fries, and she responded with, “the fries are in the sandwich.” When I opened the sandwich, there were no fries inside either.
