We ordered a tres leches cake for a baby shower (2 weeks before) for pick up on February 2nd. We were told we would be able to pick it up anytime after 7 AM that day. When we went to pick it up, no one knew about the cake. We asked if they would be able to make it and deliver it within a few hours so that we could still have it for the baby shower and they agreed (which was nice). When the cake was delivered, it was the wrong cake. The writing was sloppy and the words we wanted written on the cake were incorrect. When we brought this to the owners attention, he said he already went out of his way to have it delivered, and somehow it was our fault for not choosing a pick up time (again, we were told it would be ready anytime after 7 AM that day). He did not comment on the quality of the writing, or the fact that the words were incorrect, or that it was not the correct cake in general. He just stopped responding. I wanted to bring a cake to my friend’s mom because her mom passed. I called and he was so nice and patient and took my order over the phone. The cake took no time and was ready an hour earlier than expected. EVERYONE that was at the house LOVED that cake! Literally everyone, including me and I’m not really a cake eater. It was delicious. The cake was moist and the icing was light and like a mousse it was so good!! I highly recommend! I had to give the whole family the address and they want another cake for after the funeral next week lol. Great decision I’m so happy I went there!
