Sin Fronteras — Restaurant in Elizabeth

Very upset. I was looking forward eating in this restaraunt with my boyfriend. So we got there it was very crowded we sat down the waitress gave us a menu to look at we took our time then the waitress comes back and take our order we first wanted the appetizer she asked us what we wanted to drink took our order. Another guy served our drinks and gave us some chip and a spicy sauce. We were waiting over 45 mins in the beginning. the waitress who took our order didnt come back to us literally stopped being our waiter at this point we were wondering if they forgot our order so i asked the guy who served our drinks whats going on with order. The guy told me he will check into it at this point i wasnt even going to tip the waitress nomore. We were waiting another 30 mins basically we were there 1hr and 20 mins they never even apologize or even offer a free appettizzer so we wont have to wait this long and if your going to run a business i suggest you re-trained everyone including the waitresses noone would like to wait for there order more than hr. For my second time here I must say, the food is very delicious along with the good taste of music to compliment it. However, I’ve had to wait what I would consider a significant amount of time to get my food. I didn’t even get chips and salsa at my table, that was insulting to see every other table get some but not mine. The fact that it was busy today cannot take the blame for the wait because I’ve come when there was only one others table being served and it was the same. I came for an experience that I did not get in its entirety. BTW the Torta Cubana or Cuban Sandwich as its mostly known, it not a Cuban sandwich. Maybe they should...

Well, food was good I ordered fajitas sin fronteras and to my surprise were good...not great but good too little beans and cream but overall taste was good...I also ordered guacamole and again good....I ordered tamarind juice and was decent....NOW the reason for 3 stars...customer service was below expectations...the girls were all o er the place forgetting ordered customer placed by phone..I sat on the bar and I saw the chaos...not good communication among the girls serving the food....would I go again?...NO. but if you have no choice then i...
