Vivi Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Elizabeth

I dont really do much reviews but this time it feels like i really need to leave a review. They took forever to ask what we wanted and they were rushing me while they were taking my order and didn't even ask what size and how much sugar we wanted. They made it both medium size drink with 50% sugar so we complained that it didn't taste like anything they said "we cant do anything its already made" (they didnt even seal the lid when I was telling the woman, all they needed to do is add alittle more sugar) for me thats the worst service u can give a customer btw we were the only customers so I dont see why is it hard to fix what they messed up on. Not to mention the drink wasn't even cold, it was luke warm. I DONT...

I went to the mall yesterday and I got bubble tea twice. The first time was a coffee jelly milk tea and tiramisu milk tea. It was amazing and the person that took our order was very nice and he was very helpful too. Second time I got the coffee one again and taro along with takoyaki. It was delicious and once again same dude took our order and delivered with excellent service. I am writing this to apologize for my loudness as I was with my cousin and had become upset with her. I didn't get the chance to apologize to the man who took our order for the shortness. I was in a rush and did not mean to yell. Once again drinks and food was delicious and service was phenomenal. Really liked the bubble tea and Co flavour options here. You have the option of selecting the percentage of sugar you want in your tea & whether or not you want ‘bubbles ‘ in it. The lady at the counter was pleasant and gave us all the va options. I liked that they have non-dairy milk as well and it tasted as good.
