Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Elizabethton

I'm the pregnant lady in the van that often stops in for cups of ice, though we regularly buy food and cookies too. But I just wanted to say what a great team of employees this place has. Always so nice and courteous. I am having a hard pregnancy, and sometimes I stop in because I'm anemic and just really like ice right now, and other times it's because of the complications with this pregnancy, I get ice to see if I can get my baby moving to make sure she's okay. I feel bad about bothering them a few times a week for ice and apologize like every time. But they're always so nice and kind to me about it. But when we do get food and cookies, it's always so fresh and hot and the fries are 🔥 good. I've been to the zaxbys in Johnson City and it's rarely been a good experience there, but the Elizabethton location is where it's at and the best for miles and miles around. We have given Zaxbys Elizabethton, TN several tries and ALWAYS end up disappointed. We love the salads so we keep going back. However, the owner/manager must not be attentive to this particular store. We have ordered food and waited over 25 minutes on numerous occasions. We have received several wrong orders and my wife ordered salads (of course) and brought them home to discover no dressing in the take out order. She drove back to the restaurant and the guy behind the counter threw the dressing packets up to the front. No apology. No attention to the fact that she drove back to the store to fix the mistake by the employees. Deeply disappointing for the franchise because we have had amazing experiences at other locations but the Elizabethton store is the most disappointing. Hope that management either changes or gets...

Order was not right the first time around, took the time to go back thru the drive thru and wait. So by then my food was getting cold and it wasn't very warm to begin with. I was suppose to get two signiture sandwiches plain but only got one. Second sandwich that was suppose to be plain again had pickles and sauce. Trusted they would get order right the second time around I didn't check it. Got home to discover it had pickles and the sauce again!! On top of that I didn't even get what I ordered. Very frustrated and upset I wasted time and $50.00 for cold food and incorrect order. First time going there and last time !!!! Will not return or recommend. Staff didn't seem to care.
