Update: Replying to the response. I didn’t have a good experience because it was never provided. Start with customer service training front of the house to the back, you will see immediate results and likely receive better ratings should you invest in this simple task. DO BETTER! You owe your patrons and citizens of E-town.
Visited this place last weekend with family in town, HORRIBLE experience! Everyone had terrible attitudes and should seek employment that doesn’t deal with the public.
The African American lady, no sense of urgency, unwelcoming, the lady with colored hair that prepared the sundaes, was clearly irritated that she had to be there and griped the entire time, the cook messed up on all my 4 orders, didn’t communicate there was no bacon or lettuce until you returned to the counter and inquired, the lady with the piercings was decent but talked crap about going home but didn’t have a car. I witnessed 3 patrons come in and leave because they were not acknowledged. The only person clearly working was the pregnant lady. After returning to the counter 5 times during my visit, we eventually threw the food away, $48 worth of pure TRASH! If there was an option for ZERO stars, that’s definitely what they would get. Read moreThis morning the restaurant was so cold people were leaving to eat in their cars. We waited for our food for so long we thought they forgot about us. I finally couldn't take the cold any longer and walked up and asked the worker if she could please turn the air-conditioning down because it was so cold we couldn't stand it... she literally snapped at me and said, "Well, the cooks are back here sweating!" No joke... I guess the CUSTOMERS don't matter. I've been reading other reviews and they are not good. This DQ desperately needs someone who cares to take charge. Read moreI'm severly torn on this review the service I recieved was incredible. Food as well. But as my son and I were seated in the lobby, a gentleman was complaining loudly about his pay not being correct, not getting enough hours, and how much the store was making during the holidays. My son and I were out having our weekly outting. My son who is 8 asked the gentleman was so angry and loud. I tried to explain to him the situation, which to me is unacceptable of having to explain to an 8 year old as to why some people work more than others. And why others are paid more than others. This was a funny place for my son and I, we might need to reconsider a new location for our outtings. (I believe the gentleman that was speaking was part of the cooking staff).
