Fazoli's — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

Been going here my whole life and just received the worst quality service I've had from ANY restaurant. They only gave a partial refund for giving us the wrong food. Laughed about it. Didnt wear a mask at the window or in the kitchen. And took the food they gave us which could have at least served as compensation for having to come all the way back. And all this poor service was from a MANAGER. When I spoke to corporate. I got a "Sorry about it" and they asked what I was looking for. Of course only AFTER he made a bunch of excuses for the manager and said if it never happened to you before now then it's not a problem. I said the least they could've done is let us keep the incorrect order for the trouble instead of being smart about it. He then said he would give me some form of compensation which I had to ask for and i explained that I've been a customer there my whole life and that I'd be more than willing to take my business elsewhere from now on as he was obviously not taking me seriously and was making sarcastic remarks. He claimed he could do gas money or coupons (in a joking manner). As I was trying to explain I'm not really interested in the money and especially not coupons, he turned around and told me I was "compensated enough" with the new food (which was made correctly but considerably worse) and the shortened refund amount. I then told him that I had already called the health department, and that I'd be leaving a review and he said "leave your review, have a great day" This place is a joke, and so is the rest of the company. If you like health violations and people who don't follow food regulations and poor service, this is the place for you. I threw that...

I had never been here before, so I didn’t know what to expect. I was told the food is not the greatest but wow. To the extent. Making food at home would be cheaper and taste so much better even Walmart frozen dinners taste better than this. IF YOU do visit as a first time and you’re used to delicious tasting food, please bring your own spices. They don’t spice anything. The three item sampler is a joke and not a good way to market their business. As a person who has never eaten there before… the three piece sampler was disgusting. If I knew how basic it was, tasted like a toddler made the food - I would have either chosen to eat somewhere else or bring seasonings from home. People shouldn’t have to do that, just saying.

Praise Report! First, let me say that I haven't stepped inside of the Elizabethtown, Kentucky Fazoli's for probably five to ten years, because I would always be disappointed in how unsanitary and dirty the restaurant and the employees were. But,surprisingly, last evening when we arrived for dinner we were pleasantly greeted by Robin, who took our order and assured us it would be right out. Then, a young man name Shane, who was so polite and attentive to all of our needs during our entire visit, brought our dinner out. He would check on us to see if we needed anything and brought us extra bread sticks. I can't tell you how happy we are to see Fazoli's on the uphill swing. It was such a pleasant experience that we will be dining again there soon. We noticed they have lunch specials now and we can't wait...
